Poor product, useless service
As previous reviews, useless product and useless customer service, you are not able to speak to a person. They must have too many faults to respond, you put into a ticket system and they respond at some point by email.
Terrible Customer Service
If you are thinking of buying a wifi device for your motorhome then avoid this company. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen and so rude in their e mail responses. As previous reviews, they refuse to answer the phone and will not call you to talk you through any issues when trying to connect. They just don't care and I now have a fitted wifi system that I cannot use.
If zero stars was an option then I would have given this. I am sure there are more reputable companies out there but this is not one of them and I will never deal with them again.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. You cannot physically speak to a human and it takes days between email communication. You cannot get through on phone even if you try the sales line because they will only speak with a dealer of their product. Please don't waste your money on this product as it is highly unreliable and expensive. There is much better products out there on the market.

We had problems with connection from day one.
There’s no phone number for technical support.
After numerous emails I exhausted all their suggestions, removed the system and installed Starlink.

I had their 5G system professionally installed by my dealer in the UK. The system simply won’t let me connect to it. I’m now stuck in a field with no internet after spending a considerable amount of money on this. Their technical helpline is via email responses only without being able to speak directly to anyone. This is completely useless to me! BEFORE you buy from this company try contacting their technical help line & see what happens, you won’t get through to anyone & will have to send emails back & forth in the hope they actually reply. You have been warned but I will update this review if anyone actually gets back to me & resolves the issue.
01/10/24. Update. Over two weeks now & the unit is still not working! Tech support has been via sporadic emails back & forth with some obviously not being read properly (Same questions asked on several occasions). My holiday is over soon & I'll have to contact my dealer to have the unit replaced for a make that does work & have tech help on hand when it doesn't.

Great customer service
Great customer service - I requested some help with a Motorhome WiFi unit I bought second hand online. Despite not buying from them directly and the fact that the unit was no longer sold, Jack at Motorhome WiFi send me a bypass cable free of charge and it done the trick. That is what I call great customer service with a great attitude.
Poor Technical Support
Like previous reviews, poor technical support. Nobody answers the phone number provided and you are then redirected to a link that provides an email address. It then takes up to two days for a reply and the reply doesn't actually answer the question. At the moment I can't speak to anyone at Motorhome wifi as not provding a number. The main issue is the system doesn't provide adequent coverage. Been adversed to move away from Smarty to another provider that may provide a better service. unsure why as this was the one they advised using?

Technical support is terrible - takes a day to reply by email and then gives irrelevant advice showing they paid no attention to what I told them. Have not managed to speak to anyone on the phone. The included Smarty SIM card requires a lot of fiddling about on the ZTE app to enable roaming and still doesn’t work. There is no 5G in rural areas, but the 4G is working fine on our phones. Not on the router though.

Massively impressed
Massively impressed, the team were so helpful post installation. Nothing was too much trouble and they showed real kindness. I now understand what SIM to use and why, and all of those who helped me (and did not work for this company) raved about how good this Motorhome WiFi Product is. Within the group that I asked questions, no one mentioned anything negative and all of the responses were really positive. So when I put in the SIM I'm looking forward to quality WiFi. Ps the unit that they installed has a dual SIM facility so it seems that I can opt between providers if one provider has poor coverage in a particular area. Happy motoring everyone 🙂

I have been using an I-Boost for some…
I have been using an I-Boost for some years and in that time have experienced a couple of glitches. Each time this company has been able to sort out the problem quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise them enough for their after sales service. As to the benefit of using the I-Boost? Apart from signal boosting, it also enables the user to connect more than one device for one payment to a wi-fi service that charges per device.
Please don't waste your hard end money…
Please don't waste your hard end money or time with this company or their devices. As others have mentioned, phone hot spots far outperform the Motorhome WiFi hardware. I don't actually see the benefit to their system at all. I purchased the top of the range 5g package and I've constantly complained many times about the lack of signal and the terrible speeds I am getting with it and I am now being ignored. I know why, it's because my year from purchase is almost up and they are just trying to put off responding in the hope that I give up or my guarantee elapses. I am now going to go through my credit card company for a section 75 charge back as I have tried every other more civil method of trying to resolve this but it has been going on for months and months now. Save your money and go elsewhere or use your phones hot spot.

I don't rate the system at all and I'm not convinced it actually works. My phone consistently outperforms it in terms of speeds and furthermore it doesn't seem to extend the range at all. For example I was in a location in the Scottish highlands where I had 4g signal for both my phone and the 'booster' and then I went down the road by 100 metres and then both stopped working. I had maybe like 0.1 Mbs download speeds from the booster but that doesn't make it useable. Total waste of money, get something better like starlink if you want guaranteed 4g with decent speeds in remote areas. Or if you're not going remote use your phone as a hotspot instead, save yourself a few hundred quid.
Just use your phone hotspot
The signal on my £600 5G enabled antenna is consistently outperformed by putting the sim into my cheap smart phone. I bought this product because I thought it would boost my signal but it doesn't. Maybe worth getting if you have several people who all want to use the same hub. But just save your money and use your phone hotspot, it'll work much better.

They don't answer their phone. If you try to buy from them or ring with a question about a product they say they are too busy and will try to get back to within a day. Therefore better to buy from someone who wants your business
