Exceptional service
The after sales service from AVS was exceptional. We had numerous issues with the manufacturer, who was not very forthcoming until AVS put pressure on them and kept that pressure up until ALL the issues were resolved. I would go so far as to say that Graham Gould at AVS took the matter personally to ensure that the manufacturer fulfilled his obligations. I cannot praise them enough.

My delivery turned up the driver was excellent and dropped the items exactly where I asked. Unfortunately one item was missing (We all make mistakes). The next working day at 8.00 am AVS were there with the missing item. Great service!!
