The order arrived in timely manner. The garment was excellent quality. It was too big and needed to be returned. It was easy to do and my refund came through quickly.
My only comment would be that sizing could be a bit clearer. We ordered bigger size thinking European sizing is smaller than the U.K, but in fact they are the same.
Apart from that everything was OK

Model and size were great but leather…
Model and size were perfect but leather was far away from super soft and the worst thing it was smelling extremely bad. So sad about that but only solution is to return the jacket.

Hi all, I think you should make a warning about import tax in every country. For example, I had to pay 20 eur. More for the delivery, and, when the jacket arrived to Spain, I had to pay 12 eur more, due to the import tax.
So, I think you should have a system which permits all the payments (including UPS service in this case) depending on the country. The customer would appreciate pay all the tax at the same time he/she will buy the product in your website. Best regards, Virginia

Small too small
It's kinda to small when comparing to my previous "S" size leather jacket, guess just diff guidelines for your sizes.
