Before I went to this school, there were multiple people telling me to not go to this school. They told me the teachers are not helpful and they are racist. I didn’t agree with them because the teachers were so sweet to me at the tour.. one month in, the teachers pulled me to the side and told me that they are dropping me because I don’t speak perfect English, and they believe I am not a good fit for their classes. During the tour, I asked them so many times if they think my English is good enough to be in their classes since I did not go to school here or grow up here! They told me oh don’t worry!!! Your English is great!!! They took my confidence away. They took away my dreams. I do not recommend this school to anyone. I should have listened to the people that warned me! They want me to pay 7k for them dropping me because my English was not good enough for them.

I've been using Aveda over 15 years managed to earn 200 hu dred thousands points to take the trip
I go to redeem them today and was told they expired. I can only get them back if I make a purchase
Which I would but I'm so pissed off . And they call it Lolaty reward. I call that crap keep your points I earned them by spending thousands. Time to shop elsewhere.

Awful first visit as I was told my appointment was on Wednesday and not today (Monday 14th August). I confirmed date and time upon phone booking yet they got it wrong. Can’t book again incase same issue occurs again. Just disappointed.

Esperienza pressoché imbarazzante! Nel mese di luglio ho "cercato" di acquistare tre volte sul sito ma purtroppo gli ordini non si sono mai generati, nonostante il pagamento fosse andato a buon fine dal mio conto PayPal. Ho chiamato numerose volte il servizio clienti ottenendo sempre risposte approssimative e poco professionali. Ogni volta che chiamavo mi veniva detta una cosa diversa e mai esaustiva, ho chiesto più volte di parlare con un manager ma non è stato possibile. Ho dovuto chiedere il rimborso per tutte e tre le volte e c'è sempre stato qualche problema: la prima volta non vedevano il pagamento, la seconda volta ho dovuto aprire una contestazione su PayPal ( che ovviamente ho vinto), la terza addirittura mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato rimborsato e dopo due settimane di niente ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che c'era un "problema" nel rimborso ma che in quel momento procedevano perché avevano risolto. Per una settimana hanno avuto problemi tecnici ai sistemi e non sono stati in grado di dirmi nulla, oggi richiamo e mi dicono che il pagamento del mio ultimo ordine non è andato a buon fine....peccato che la transazione esiste e il pagamento è stato regolarmente effettuato. Dopo dieci minuti di attesa la signorina del customer service mi dice che c'è stato un errore del sistema....per l'ennesima volta. Ora manderanno la problematica al "dipartimento finanza" per farmi fare il rimborso che a questo punto credo proprio che non arriverà mai. Mi dispiace ma non ho più parole per descrivere l'accaduto

Nobody from the company can explain to me over the phone the difference between two mens styling products. This is ridiculous

Meine Bestellung war über 80 Euro. Dabei sollte sein: ein Special Badetuch plus Almond Cherry Peeling, plus, als Geburtstagsgeschenk eine Shampure Hand and Body Lotion.
Das Peeling fehlte gänzlich. Statt Shampure war ein Rosemary Mint dazugepackt worden.
Customer Service war ganz tiefes Niveau.

Ich benutze Aveda Produkte seit fast 40 Jahren, aber das wird mir jetzt wirklich zu viel. Dies war mein letzter Einkauf bei Aveda und mein letzter Einkauf von Aveda Produkten.

Very unreliable shipping. They take the money but it takes over 7 days to get your products...if you get them. Shipping UPS should never take this long. The postal service is faster. Definitely will stop purchasing online. Horrible customer focus and order staus information on the website is highly suspect. Beware of ordering online!!!

Purtroppo vedo solo ora le recensioni lasciate da altri clienti, averlo fatto prima mi sarei evitata un problema in più da dover gestire Tra diverse telefonate. Una settimana di telefonate e il customer service non sapeva, e non sa ancora, dove fosse/sia il mio pacco.
Pensavo che aver a che fare con un’azienda, recentemente certificata BCorp, un poco più seria è meglio organizzata. Forse meglio che vendano i loro prodotti al mercato. Non sono assolutamente organizzati per l’e-commerce.
Customer service gentile ma da zero valore aggiunto!

Had an amazing experience with Desiree and Benjamin at Easton Aveda this Sunday.
Aveda prices increase constantly but their well educated staff it’s what makes me go back to the store. I learned so much from Desiree and Benjamin this time. They’re both very friendly and genuine people. Just educating me on my skin care and not pushy at all about purchasing their products.

I stopped purchasing Aveda products from their website; instead I started buying them on Amazon. It is cheaper on Amazon.

Non valuto i prodotti, visto che non sono mai arrivati, ma il servizio clienti che definisco IMBARAZZANTE!
Pagamento tramite PayPal di un ordine di circa 140 euro, ordine mai arrivato a buon fine. Chiedo il rimborso, visto che i soldi se li sono presi, ma nessuno risponde alle email e alla contestazione aperta su PayPal, dopo oltre un mese ancora nessuna risposta. Via chat il supporto clienti è da 0 stelle, via email mai risposto, via telefono da 0 stelle; totalmente incompetenti!!!
Devo attendere ancora altri 30 giorni a seguito della contestazione aperta su PayPal e convertita in reclamo, a cui Aveda non ha mai risposto!
Se non verrò rimborsato, passerò obbligatoriamente alle vie legali. State alla larga da questo venditore!

Acquistato circa una settimana fa prodotti Aveda tramite e-commerce online: servizio pessimo. Prodotti, mai arrivati, codice di spedizione dichiarato inesistente dal Customer Service del corriere ma i soldi sono già stati prelevati dal mio conto.

Pessimo servizio Clienti, adoro i loro prodotti ma non sono in grado di rispndere manco ad una chiamata di assistenza . Dicono di rispondere anche via chat ma attese lunghissimi, non sono mai riuscita a parlare con nessuno. Per la mia esperienza hanno un servizio clienti fake

I love Aveda, but their prices are too expensive for the small amount of product. WHY can't we get bigger containers???.. The containers do not increase in size and in fact, have decreased, yet the prices continuously increase. Awards and free samples do not compensate for the massive amount being charged. Aveda is a multi-million dollar company, so when will they stop being greedy and become more customer enlightened? Why can't they make 12 or 16-oz containers? They're charging $40 for 4 oz...WTH!! It's called gouging, just in case you didn't know the terminology. Shame on you Aveda for using lame excuses for your high prices.

Ich habe am 28.05.online bestellt und man sollte zur Bestellung ab 70 Euro ein kostenloses Leave in Treatment dazu bekommen - das im Paket jedoch nicht enthalten war - der Kundenservice meinte , das wäre dann wohl vergriffen gewesen oder vergessen worden . Das Angebot ist auch heute -Tage nach meiner Bestellung -noch online - also Finger weg - die versprochenen Zugaben zur Bestellung sind am Ende nicht im Paket und werden auch nicht nachgeliefert .Das ist wirklich enttäuschend .

Had nothing but great experience with Aveda on my most recent order. Usually go by a local Aveda salon to pick up products but have been busy lately and decided to make an online order. Got a notification from UPS that my order was damaged and wouldn’t be delivered. Contacted Aveda as soon as I got this news and the customer service rep was very kind and sent out a replacement order immediately, and upgraded to overnight shipping. Fast forward to today and I got the replacement order and ended up getting the original package after all from UPS after I guess repackaging into a new box. Contacted Aveda and they told me to keep both and not to worry about it. Long story short, great customer service and helpful, even when they didn’t have to be.

I just went to the Aveda in Davie, FL for an updo for prom. The first hairstylist didn’t know how to do her job, burned my ear while curling my hair and had to redo the og bun she did. Then her instructor was rude causs I needed to get going since they took longer then they should’ve. All of this for my hair to look whatever with a bump left in my hair. Fine for haircuts but don’t come for actually getting your hair done

I logged on to look at rebooking the 50k rewards trip to Antigua. I have saved points all my adulthood as a faithful Aveda user and the trip was booked in the pandemic and had to be cancelled. Apparently my account has expired without any notification. If my reward points have been wiped as described by others Aveda will have lost in me a huge advocate and buyer

I just left the Aveda experience store in Frisco, TX. They have advertising and marketing materials that show people of color, but when you go into the store and the associate insults your 4A hair because it’s doing what curly hair does - y’all can keep all that weird smelling garbage. I will go to the neighborhood beauty supply store and fish around for something similar, where I’m not insulted. Aveda can go to hell.
