Although the swing is good I had to have a new canopy fitted the other one was broken . The swing was nearly £500 and it only had 1 cushion I have tried to buy another one but they don't reply . I wouldn't recommend this company again

Superb customer service - great product and speedy delivery. After being badly let down elsewhere I ordered the same product a Maja Desk through Jonathan at AV4home and it was delivered 1 week later ( sooner than advertised ) Would definitely order from them again !! Highly recommend.. :)

Great communication about an issue with part of the order ahead of dispatch. Timely dispatch and good notifications for delivery tracking. Item arrived in perfect condition and very happy with the unit.

The quality is good. The finishing is excellent. AV4Home’s service is good as well.

I ordered a desk from AV4Home and received the item within 2 days! Very speedy delivery.

Unfortunately, the desk was damaged in various places. This was no fault of AV4Home, it was most likely due to the courier or the particular desk not being well made. I emailed Paul from the Sales team and explained the situation. He asked for the supplier to send out a replacement straight away which I received very quickly.

However, the replacement desk was also damaged. At this point, I didn’t have the energy to request another replacement but Paul kindly contacted the supplier again on my behalf and had them agree to a partial refund.

Paul was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. Fantastic customer service! Would highly recommend.

Delivery was on time & in very protective packaging. The instructions to assemble were very straight forward & set out step-by-step in the leaflet provided, in an excellent & easy-to-understand methodology. All the items are excellently "lettered" & "numbered" in individual packages, ready for assembly. And unlike many self-assembly products, all the items to be assembled were just as illustrated. The designers, technicians & engineers etc. deserve much credit for this. It looks fabulous in situ & as you can probably tell, I cannot speak too highly of this product & would highly recommend.

Took a while to put together, my fault as I mixed up the hinges. Maybe stickers on the middle hinges would be helpful? Loved once it was put together. Support staff were friendly and very helpful.

From the initial order to delivery and through to the unit itself everything was exceptional

I fell in love with this table but it was so expensive. I found it on AV4Home and was surprised at the price, so bought it, along with a desk in the same range. OMG, it is ridiculously easy to fix. There are only four parts: the top, the shelf, and the two legs. It took less than 15 minutes to open the box and fix the table! Why can't all furniture be like this?! And to top it off, everyone who's seen the table has complimented it really highly! It's really excellent quality and looks three times as expensive! One thing I would say is that it's quite heavy, as it should be, which adds to the quality. It's easy to move on a wooden floor, though. If you haven't decided, what are you waiting for?

Table arrived quickly. Easy to follow instructions & can be built easily by a one person.

The instructions were very easy to follow and it helped that the screw holes were predrilled. Very good quality for the price.

Excellent well made cabinet. each piece of the self assemble cabinet is numbered for easy assembly unlike others where you have to try to figure out what piece is what. The cabinet came well packed with easy to follow instructions, all fitting together with precision. Delivery was fast, from a well run company. Would I recommend? 100% Yes!

The Evoque Eco is a great rack, looks good and really does improve the sound quality of my system over the normal household table I was using previously! Bit of a delay with my order (understandable under conditions of 2021) but Paul kept in touch and made sure I was aware of new delivery dates and that I was happy to keep my order live. Couldn’t be happier!

I ordered an a TV unit. It arrived fairly quickly and in the condition it should have been with no damaged parts from the delivery, etc. However, after a few weeks one of the corners and ultimately both started to swell and chip away. I contacted the company and the people who got back were refusing to believe this, and after emailing back and forth, and they did send out replacements parts, but were a different colour! They ignored me afterwards, and after weeks of having a faulty unit in my room, I threw it away as I moved property. They got back and then refused to give me a refund or even a replacement as they wanted me to pack it all up for a collection. I recently left a review of my experience here on Trustpilot, so they quickly replied saying they would resolve the issue. When I contacted them privately, they were not interested in helping me! I see that most reviews on here are positive, but be aware that if you get a faulty item then you will not get a refund for it. Do not trust this company.

The desks came as expected and it was striaght forward to assemble. They have a very modern look and fit well within my home office. One down side is that an optical mouse does not work on the glass surface so a mouse mat is needed. Overall a great investment and AV4Home were thee to help on delivery timescales.
