Terrible Service
Ordered on 10 Feb and I haven't received it yet (18 Feb). No reply on my emails, no call back. Finally after 4 days I spoke with a person who said that my card payment has been rejected because the delivery address it's not the same as the card address, which is absolute nonsense - both addresses were the same. What a lame attempt to apologize. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Terrible!!!

I have checked and there is no record of us receiving an email or a call back request from you. Can you email me a copy of your emails so I can rule out any technical error? Our Autosessive Customer Support Team are always on hand to respond to customers quickly. I can see you ordered on the 10/02/16 14:14pm, and we sent you an email on 11/02/16 12:25pm to inform you of the payment issues with security checks. From here we did not hear from you and so cancelled and refunded you within 24 hours, so your money wasn’t tied up.
You contacted us on 18/02/16 via our live chat support, where we again informed you of the payment issue, and offered you a solution to re-order.
Apologies again for the experience you had shopping with us, and I do hope you will come back and shop with us again.

Don't complaints here.
I received 10 litres of oil to service both my Ford Kas for just £30 delivered and it arrived within 48 hours. I couldn't be more impressed!
Excellent all round and I will be buying from you guys again.

Cheap prices but terrible service
Based on a check of internet prices, I ordered a pair of Bosch wiper blades on 25/10. Not received by 1/11 so I 'phoned. Received blades the next day but one was wrong size. I telephoned again. Replacement promised but despite several e-mails and further telephone calls, I'm still waiting and it's 12/11.

Good service
Purchased two aerosol cans of Comma wax seal unfortunatly the red extension nozzle did not fit the cans.
Service for Autosessive was very good fast postal.
I have not contacted them about the extension nozzel as I do not see what they can do about it how were they to know it would not fit.
Would I use Autosessive again no I will pay more and use my local Halfords car parts shop as I can return items easy and not have to post them, two aerosol cans are not worth the postage and time returning for me.

The part I ordered was very well priced and the delivery was faster than I expected.....2 working days instead of the anticipated 4 to 5 working days.
