Ordered my parts online on a Thursday & could have picked them up after only an hour. Having a prior arrangement to stick to, I opted to collect my parts on the Saturday morning. Was in & out of CES, Widnes within 5 mins. Excellent service & a pleasure to do business with. I know where I will be going for my car parts in future !!

As I was on my way home from work I thought it would be quicker to do a click and collect the night before to ensure that my item would be in stock and ready for me .upon arriving at the branch there was no one on the counter and it was left to a lady to fetch someone to serve me I showed the gentleman my reservation number but the amount of time it took to fetch my item I don't think it was ready and I only received the reservation conformation email not one saying it was ready for collection as someone who regularly uses click and collect/reserve I found the service at Ces Stoke far from satisfactory it is not the first time I have shopped here but the service is always poor never anyone on the counter and it is often one of the drivers outside who fetches someone from the office who eventually reluctantly will serve you need to do something Ces about your customer service

Let down by part not fitting my car,I wanted brake discs for my astra 1.9tdi and got standard discs but not to worry as they will do my zafira so good but didn't save me having to buy from another place,didn't get that bargain after all

This was a great experience, they gave me a great deal on oil and filters. I put the order in, they confirmed, the following day and the parts were here, within two days, this was an economy delivery and it did what it said on the tin.

ordered a car battery and had a choice of two- not sure which was the correct one to buy but a quick e-mail which was replied to straight away and problem solved. The battery was ready for collection when I arrived. I could have had it delivered free but it was more convenient for me to collect. The same specification battery in Halfords was almost £35 more.

Just the essence of one parts provider with free postage is really great in all honesty its easy to talk to them with lots of knowledge and provide a hassle free service with absolutely no complaints from me Well Done

Web site ,easy to use,problems came when wrong part arrived,this was ordered but system doesn't seem to allow changes or any variation to the norm

The service in the store was a bit slow, and they had not picked my order before I went to the store. Also they gave me the wrong part for my car, but think this was more a database error rather than the store

Customer service team are really helpful and delivery was fast and efficient.

Paid and extra £10 for delivery and still showed up 5 days later as normal delivery wasted £10 also van was just sitting there awaiting parts
