Great products, great advice

I am a loyal customer of Auto Finesse, owning most of the product range. I recently purchased a Small Wonder Wool Brush, which was a dream to use. However after a few months, it has completely disintegrated! I contacted Customer Services, who didn't want to know, or show any interest. In fact they said it was the MDs decision. This is the second time, so I will now go elsewhere, as they obviously don't care about their customers.

Purchased a swirl spotter in Jan 2022. Have charged it up once, went to charge again and ports lose and item won’t charge, CS insult you with 10% even though you’d expect their products to be of the quality the company tried to portray. Time to find a new supplier for my car cleaning equipment

After purchasing a small fortune of products and being happy with everything I was left really disappointed last week. I ordered a new kit with the mini polisher. I didn’t open it as I was waiting for weather to change. Anyway when I did I noticed the yellow 5” disc not there. After contacting a couple of times, one of them explaining it may be my fault then another saying it wasn’t. I got one reply offering to sell me an alternative, then no reply at all after sending order number etc. I’ve got almost everything for the guys at auto finesse but one simple cheap pad as ruined that. I will switch my allegiance after a poor service reply. I had to order the pad elswhere who have a great range of products.

After being a long time fan of this company and their products, my most recent purchase has been rather disappointing. Been using the Ceramics Enhancing Shampoo for a year+ & the recent change in formula (to a very gloopy mixture) seems to have drastically reduced the effectiveness of the product. The shampoo no longer foams as it used to & definitely doesn't have as much cleaning 'oomph' either. That's after using the AF snow foam as well! I now feel like to get the same results as the old formula, I need to use almost twice as much as previously.
Such a shame to see & for the price you pay, I'm really quite surprised they haven't done a full test on this product.

Ordered a snow foam lance with a Bosch adapter paid extra for next day delivery turned up 3 days later got sent the wrong fitting was then told I’d have to pay to send the wrong fitting back and
Wait till they get the right fitting ordered in and sent out . Don’t use them .

Fallout and film remover are very good but needs more information and how to diluted it properly and avoid hurting the plastics . Also a special guide for motorcycles detailing .

Very poor quality products for the price.
Drying towel stopped absorbing water after 2 months (washed as instructed). Handi puck tire shine applicator came apart after 3 washes, same with wheel brush. Ordinary brushes lasted 3 months. Microfibre towels leave tine hair on the surface. Spritz detailer leaves a huge amount of smears on gloss surfaces. Polishing compounds and pastes clog the pads and are incredibly dusty (ordered the revitalised kit which was missing the masking tape).
Overall the products are below average or average and I would recommend you spend your money on Gyeon, CarPRO or other brands, the quality difference is day-night for a similar price

I have been buying my detailing products from AutoFinesse for a few years now and every time I had no issues whatsoever with their products and delivery until this last time and it will be my last time ordering from them.
I placed a big order (£250) which they shipped in two boxes. DHL delivered one box but no sign of the other. They then somehow "lost" my second box after changing their tracking to "delivered", then "delayed" then they sent me an e-mail saying that the driver called but the delivery was rejected then the tracker saying "please call your supplier directly". The rejection obviously a lie, I have CCTV around the house and a Ring doorbell and at the time they say the delivery was rejected the van was in front of the house on the kerb but the driver never got out of it, he stayed there for a few seconds then drove off.
I contacted DHL which obviously never responded back and also called Autofinesse twice who eventually sent me a new order with the contents of the second box although they did not say this was a new order despite me asking, the guy on the phone said that DHL will deliver the missing box in the next two days. The second box was dumped at the door 2 days later by DHL without even ringing the door. I could see the driver on the cameras just running for it so definitely dodgy or he was trying to avoid being challenged about missing box.

When opening the second box, one of the 5L containers was Iron Out instead of Lavish. I already had an Iron Out delivered with the first box so called Autofinesse a third time about this and they said DHL will come back the week after to deliver the Lavish and collect the second container of Iron Out which was mistakenly delivered. I made arrangements to stay home on the day they were saying DHL will come but no sign of them and also had no e-mail or message they were coming so one day wasted at home instead of going to work.

Terrible experience and customer service and also delivery. Will never place an order with Autofinesse again which is a shame because I really like their products. I will probably order their products from other suppliers who stock them.

Having recently had my brand new motor ceramic coated the detailer suggested I use some Auto Finesse products. Having done a bit more research I noticed their customer service wasn't great but I signed up with them a couple of weeks ago regardless on the strength of the detailer's recommendation.

After signing up I received a 10% discount code from them and tried to redeem on two buckets that cost me £44 last week but it didn't work. I've literally just spent another £118 with them so tried to redeem it again but same as before it was not accepted.

So I went in to live chat to question why this code they sent me had now been declined twice. I chatted to someone called Angelo who suggested the code had expired which I didn't think particularly credible seeing they only sent me it on the 3rd of November. Then he informed me that because the Black Friday deals started today discount codes had been disabled on reduced products.

I pointed out to him that some of the items I've bought today are still full price but to no avail. So with what I paid for the buckets last week and the full price items today I'm 6 or 7 quid out of pocket.

Instead of offering to goodwill me something like a £5 waffle cloth his solution was to give me another 'discount code that won't expire' which is no different to useless seeing I've already bought everything I could possibly need.

It's also guaranteed that I won't ever spend another penny with them again!

Terrible customer service, overpriced products that fall apart after 4 months. They then tell you that they only cover products for 3 months. Won’t be using this brand again.

Great products and the smell is to die for

My first order with auto finesse my order arrived really quickly super happy and can't wait to use the products will definitely use again

I made an order with auto finesse for three products, the ordering process was easy, I was kept informed of the status of the order and there were good options for delivery too. When my order arrived however only two of the items arrived in terrible packaging. Turns out DHL had damaged the package and attempted to repackage themselves without telling anyone. I informed auto finesse and they apologised and sent out the missing product with royal mail 24hr which arrived the next day. Very impressed with customer support, delivery time and the products themselves, not so much with DHL even though they've been fine with past deliveries. Avoid if you can as they don't handle liquids well apparently.

Fantastic customer service. always promt response and helpful. emailed a few times for advice/help and got a promt and helped and detailed response.
most products are really good, got almost all of their products and most recent i am disappointed with is 'Total' tried to get some dirt off a door card and after multiple attempts i gave up and used Verso which took it off straight away. Not too sure whats happened but anyway,
Honestly great customer service and products, and if you're not sure of something definitely check out their Blog which as everything you need to know and very detailed. If it's not on their blog they will be happy to answer if you email them

Ordered a set of Auto Finesse feather tip brushes price advertised as £19.95 with free shipping with a discount code the price was reduced to £16.63. Very quick delivery, well packaged also came with a complimentary air freshener. Product looks really good quality although I have yet to use them. Auto Finesse a very satisfied customer

Very poor products, mitts and other items coming apart after 4 months, apparently their products only have 3 month guarantee. won't be using in future, poor customer service

Above and beyond! What a fab company to buy from. I brought the gorgeous smelling Parma violets car freshener and received 1st class service all the way. Very impressive. Great communication throughout, great products, beautifully packaged and fast tracked free delivery. Highly recommended.
