Better never use their services. There are better software which are not as ridiculously priced.
The subscription model is also a complete scam to get as much money from you as they can.

hallo an alle hobby modellierer und autodesk fusion nutzer nach dem letzten update funktioniert fusion nicht mehr richtig ich habe mehrere teile einer konstruktion erstellt und wollte die zusammen fügen aber da muss ich dann eine neue gruppe öffnen und dann gibt es aber die funktion extrudieren nicht mehr und dann kann ich auch nicht mehr die skalieren funktion nutzen also nach dem letzten update ist fusion richtig beschissen geworden ich weis nicht warum die entwickler so ein mist machen kauft euch oder holt euch fusion nicht mehr

If I could give 0 I would - same experience as everyone else here, caught out by their auto-renewal for something I don’t use. Disgraceful cut and paste replies with no care for customer experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Je reçois des mails d'arnaque (Phishing et Scam) se faisant passer pour Mondial Relay pour des colis que je n'ai pas, demandant de cliquer sur des liens frauduleux pour reprogrammer la livraison. Lesdits mails sont tous expédiés par : AutoRelay no-reply @ autodesk . com . Méfiez vous de tout ce que vous recevez donc de ce site.

l’app è inutilizzabile, non è in grado di fare i comandi più basilari come salvare. Io come studente non lo consiglio e non lo pagano nemmeno, non posso immaginare di dover pagare un app del genere. Consiglio vivamente di non pagare l’abbonamento perché è inutile siccome non è in grado di fare nulla

En 15 ans je n'ai jamais eu affaire à un tel niveau de je m'en foutisme et d'absence de réponse d'un SAV, quand une erreur de la part de leur lancement de logiciel me coince depuis 24 heures dans mon travail :

Après le renouvellement de mon abonnement autodesk hier matin, Autocad affiche en boucle que ce meme abonnement est arrivé à expiration.

Le SAV voit le problème mais me repete les memes betises en boucle sur la plateforme d'aide, reconnecter vous, attendez 24 à 48 heures (la blague), au bout de TROIS réclamations, on accepte de me faire rappeler par quelqu'un parlant français (car le SAV en ligne utilise un programme de traduction qui rend compliqué les échanges techniques) :

J'attends toujours l'appel cela fait plus de 24 heures.

Pendant ce temps la, je suis bloqué, mes rendus à mes clients egalement et je ne peux pas produire les plans que je dois leur finaliser depuis hier.

Abus de leur position dominante et irrespect absolu de leur clientele, a fuir absolement.

Es ist eine echte Schikane Lizenzen zu erweitern, verwalten oder auch nur die richtige Version zu installieren, weil mein immer in eine Ecke gedrängt wird. Selbst wenn man fast 3k pro Jahr für den Müll zahlt. Besser zu anderen alternativen greifen. Stabilität der Modellierung ist jetzt auch nicht so toll.

Using paid desktop service on thoughtful mode. Spent 5 hours trying to baby-step this application to create a simple threaded cap for 3D printing. OD 1.25" ID 1.062" Height 1.5" Flat enclosed cap on bottom, internal threads of 16 tpi. It's a great concept, but not ready for commercial release. At least not for my application.

To my surprise, Autodesk has granted me a student license for Inventor - totally free of charge. It took just a couple of minutes and voila, now I have a chance to use the professional version of Inventor for a year - free of charge.
That means a lot to students and professors who are also eligible for free licenses.
So, thank you Autodesk for supporting education.

My husband died in January 2026. Autodesk charged my personal credit card for a 3-year license renewal in December. When I contacted Autodesk (indicating I had not approved the renewal charge) I was told the license was for 3 years and there was no way they could cancel the renewal fee. It was adding insult to injury and their system needs improvement. Now I'm stuck with a $500 fee for a program that will never be used. In addition, I had tried to call them several times over the last two months and got no answer to the calls. Totally unsatisfactory.

This software is a disgrace. Two weeks of work lost because the program saves remove themselves on their own. Not to mention the file tree, which can’t be organized at all, or the navigation in general. It’s fine if you’re making a program for a cube. As soon as things get complicated, I have absolutely no trust in this software anymore. Thank you making loosing hundreds hiours of work with a video games with no sense

AutoCAD is powerful and industry-standard, but the daily workflow can be frustrating. Constant sign-ins and license checks slow you down when you just want to open a drawing. j'ai une imprimante 3D et je fais des modèles pour des projets perso, aucun problème les 30 jours d'essai mais impossible d'avoir la version gratuit je pensais l'avoir activer mais j'ai perdu un modèle que j'ai fais durant 3H.
En plus être moins bien que les autres logiciel de CAO il n'est même pas vraiment gratuit.

Autodesk / Autocad is the biggest ripoff in the industry.. you can't even export Revit to Autocad/ dwg.. they are from the same company, truly pathetic .. buy at your risk. Even their online links related to viewers to programs don’t work. Their pricing structure is outrageous, I don't believe any program or suite charges as much per annum.

Hopefully a AI clone will put them out of business

This company definitely sucks. Trustpilot needs to add some negative stars for a selection. Good luck getting support. Their automated phone answering system tells you to go to their website and choose "Schedule a Call" for them to call you. Good luck trying to find that on their website. If you do talk to someone, you sure in the hell can't understand a freaking word they say. I get better support from a Depends undergarment!!!

If I could give it 0 stars i would. I cannot express how awful their fusion 360 is - the only reason my university use it is because its the only student deal they can get, cheap skates. It is so illogical and the software is atroscious.
