Very unprofessional scam company. Do NOT BUY from them

Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!
Poor customer service and warranty repairs. My scanner stopped working within 5 months and was returned for warranty repairs. The warranty stated is one year. I did everything as requested. The scanner was registered and a invoice was provided. I received a email later stating that I had to pay a $100.00 deductible to have the scanner repaired.
I have returned all my Autel scanners. There are many competitive scanner companies available with superior customer support.

Terrible, horrible customer service. If I could rate them with a zero stars, I would. I had issues with the scan tool under the manufacture warranty period. They replaced the unit with one that didn't have any programs on it. They said that I would have to pay $800 to have programs installed on it, and "it's not their problem, it's mine". Why would I have to pay again, since I already paid for the programs when I purchased the unit? I contacted the Napa store that I purchased the tool from, no help there either, since they purchased it from a local distributor. I contacted the distributor that they bought it from, no help there either. What a terrible experience.

autel is scam company. Device is crap and when you contact suport waiting period is 5 days - then you got ansver "contact local diler"
SCAM and Froud

Avoid this crap tool bought it from an european reseller and autel refuses to change the language french reseller ask me 1000$ to do it
They lock languages , they are out of european laws

This company hasn't been helpful at all! 8 attempts at emailing customer service in which they claim ( 24 hour response ) but they get back to you 7 business days later. Don't look for a professional reply to any of your questions because whoever answers your email from autels end responds with slang wording and very short/undescriptive in their reply. My TS601 worked perfectly fine before I updated with autels latest update, did the update then powered off the device. My device never turned back on, I wish I read reviews on this company before I purchased a device from them...…

UPDATE: I was on hold waiting to speak to a technician at autel ( waited for 2 hours ) they simply hung up before I got to speak to anyone.

Simply look at alternative companys, stay away from autel!

They advertise the items to be shipped from US and that is a lie, they don't have a US warehouse. So if you need an item to be shipped to you in a timely maner look for another vendor. I bought a scanner from them and it took longer than a month to receive while on their site they say 7 to 15 days delivery. I've posted feedback and the website administrator keeps removing it because they don't want you to learn about their tricky business. But I'm going to keep posting this.
They claim to have sold over 240 pads why is there only less than 10 reviews, because they delete all the bad reviews simple as that.

i currently have a maxisys 908 was a good machine when in updates as soon as they expired machine stopped working and i'm not the only one having this problem autel won't accept liability evan though they accept it's an operating software issue that they provided

I shopped at Autel Zone on BigCommerce and got scammed. Avoid Autel Zone and shops on BigCommerce...

Zero customer support.. live chat is never up and running, no response to E-mail, canceled an order and still no response or removal of charge to my account almost a month later
