I purchased a 12 month subscription service for my autel maxisys, the update service did not work, kept coming up with network error and tmeout error, I contacted support by email multiple times, ony received one response, told to try a few things and ring support, so i did, kept getting a busy tone, so looked up the area code for dialling and stayed up early this morning to reach the company during their business hours, managed to make contact with someone who said it was a wrong number but would not give a name. the device has been a good machine al these year, just wanted to update its firmware for one final hoorah before buying a new unit next year but now i am in a hole for $1944 no updates and no guarantee i will receive a refund, i should have checked this prior to ordering but didn't this there would be this much trouble. Heed my warning, not a good company to deal with.

I have bought a product which doesn’t do what it says it does and they are expecting me to pay for return and refund partially after 1 week of emails and chats still unsolved

Never ever buy from them!!! I purchase scanner for almost $1500 and received a very poor package just plastic wrapped. When I asked them for return they started to play a game so I contacted PayPal to help. After a week I have a chance for return to there address in CA with signature for delivery and after they received it they keep quiet for a weeks. I contacted Paypal again and this people send a new return address now in China . They try to Scam me but thanks Paypal for the help. After the month I got my money back.

I purchased a autel diagnostic machine and was told I could upgrade the interface from cable to blue tooth as my budget for the machine was £500 so 2 weeks ago approx I asked which inch module will fit and the reply was xxxxxxx so I purchased one only to find out it does not work and they offered me 1/2 back and I could sell it why would I do that so I pursued it and eventually with permission from China I could send it back
What that’s the back of beyond out £100 in a pack and ask a travelling person to post it I think not
They then said contact Hermes what for I don’t know I have a claim into Hermes and I can not get past the Robot answer machine this has been going on for weeks now and as still no resolution
Wish I had viewed this site before purchase I would not have purchased from them or had any dealings with them

Best diagnostic tool for your toolbox. I wanted a diagnostic tool for my Jag XF to; a) keep the car performing at its best, b) to save on garage bills. I first needed to reset the battery which was a requirement to enable stop start. Firstly, I bought an iCarsoft V3.0 diagnostic tool, which boasts many features. Unfortunately, it caused a loss of communication between the immobiliser and ecu, disabling the car completely. After more Internet searching and a couple of recommendations from friends, I was introduced to the world of Autel. Although they are marketed mainly for garages and require yearly subscription fees for updates, there are a few which are reasonably priced allowing diyers, such as myself to fix cars without constantly having to take it to a garage and paying £45 plus just to be told an £11 part needs replacing. I decided on the MaxiPRO MP808TS. Although it is one of the less expensive diagnostic scanners, it boasts a lot of features, one of which was to reset the battery without disabling my car. Great device, good price, and delivered within 2 days.

They will send you a product but it may have minor defects. The advertising is very cleverly misleading. There is no warranty with the products they send you. If you spend £2000 on a im608 and it doesn’t work then you have a major problem on your hands. My advice is pay a little bit more from a Uk seller.

Genuine Autel product is really good but UK support leaves a lot to be desired so I always use the USA support. Autel GB will not help you if the product isn't a UK one ! Also cost of software updates (£500-£600) is prohibitive even for commercial business. In the USA software updates are for 2 years...UK is only 1 year ??? Several models (MS906TS) are only available in USA and will not work in the UK but are advertised as the latest product in the UK lineup but are always out of stock !! Autel is not a very customer friendly company which is a shame because there products are generally very good but let down by poor support, overpricing, and incorrect advertising...not good enough Autel...you need to improve and be more customer friendly.

as a self employed mechanic i expect the best from my tools ,just as my customers expect the best from me ..yet purchasing one of these code readers was a total disaster from the start .the machine could not do the basics on some European vehicles .it also didn't recognise the most basics of Nissan vans. the updates are a ridicules price for a tablet thats out of date ,slow ,and constantly needing the battery charged. it has now been sold but to my disgust i cant remove my details from the account as i have looked and looked on every autel site ,emailed numerous autel addresses but not one reply .
i will never purchase another joke reader or praise them up .

I purchased a upright walker thru wal market marketplace it was the OasisSpace used it a few times and the front right wheel broke. Wal mart contacted the company twice for me but never heard from them. After ready the reviews I feel lucky I'm out only 183 dollars. I gave a 1 star because you have to fill in the blank. I will check before buying next time

A free update and WALA SCANNER WONT WORK ANYMORE!!! One month later get scanner back after paying $695.00 plus my shipping cost they kept the VCI CONNECTOR!!! Total dishonesty at every point of my dealings with this company!!!!

I would of given them 0 stars do not buy anything from them they have had my test probe for over a year, 54 emails and still no progress. I only had the probe for a couple of mths when it went faulty....so to sum them up poor quality tool and unbelievable poor customer service this includes the UK office which I don't believe is in the UK at all shocking

I have a maxi check 808 from new it would not communicate with 3 out of 4 vehicles I called tech support many times and recorded on the tool.They couldn't fix it.So a while later I reply to one of the sales email and they say oh send it in.So I do and they send it back still not fixed.So I call again they say send it back.I do and they tell me I will have to pay its out of warranty but from day 1 it's been recorded having this problem.They didn't care they just sent it back.Love the tool when it works I have to other autels that work great.Just expected more help.

So you buy through a company called Autelstoreuk. After 3 months it has been confirmed by Autel U.K., the real ones that my machine is a copy and explains why it’s so rubbish 😡. £2000 I hope I will get back because I used PayPal. If you want to buy a diagnostic tool and not be ripped off, find a U.K. phone number for the nearest agent. Don’t get fooled like I have been 🙈

functional description such as IMMO, service reset all missing from product. Super from China without adherence to trading standards legislation so returns not accepted. AVOID.
Ford diagnostics such ad vin decoding, Did not recognise any European cars (BMW, Ford, Mini, Fiat) in my workshop probably suitable for American cars.

Ordered Autel ML629, Web site say's shipped from UK not true.
Item comes from China and you are expected to pay import duty and tax when delivered. avoid at all cost, I wished I had read the reviews.

Save yourself a bunch of headaches. This is a Chinese company and they ARE NOT AUTHORISED by AUTEL. They are a scam company with fake units. You can see this easily by the wording and their responses to e-mails which are clearly wrote by a foreign person. Don't do it.

Would give them a o but one is the lowest. I bought a ms808ts and it did not perform as it should. I wanted my money back, but they refused to try and help me.

Very poor after service the machine
/scanner will not up date. Frankly do not buy from Autel I promise you will regret it. They promise the world and delivery over priced junk.
Buy a cheap code read for $100 it has all the same function you need who needs another tool to read your emails and watch you-tube because that's all the differences is. when you try and use one of the special functions you find it will not work on that model of car so I suspect it will not work on any car models. All you seem to get is nothing more than live data and and codes the same as a very cheap machine from ebay.

I purchased x4 wheel sensors and x1 scanner. They did not work and DHL couriered them back to China. They won't give me my refund. Making up some poor excuse about customs tax etc.

I will be sending my emails and information to the Chinese Embassy in London .
