Used our family fund for a shed for our daughter. What arrived was shocking, warped broken by packaging, badly made, nails sticking out.
Managed to put it together but its wobbly, and the 'glass' is thin wobbly plastic. Its shocking and I think its disgusting how they can fleece families with disabled children like this. I only hope that family fund take note of these criminals and their over inflated prices for terrible quality items.

Ordered a complete kit to add poles and net enclosure and cushion to our existing 12 foot trampoline.Everything arrived on time, great quality and all present and correct.U clamps needed to be longer to fit our 20 year plus TP Toys trampoline - so not their fault at all -but these were posted out to us the same day as I phoned to enquire .All in all, fantastic service from Sharron and the team.

Charges expensive prices but uses a delivery company that can’t even deliver to the correct address. Our trampoline was dumped with neighbours across the road without any attempt to deliver to us. No notification, no support response. If you charge premium prices, a competent delivery service is the bare minimum. Avoid.

Received a family fund and I purchased a hot tub for my son who has sensory needs I paid an extra 80 pounds for a larger one so he can use it with his brothers only to see on the web page it was reduced by 50 pounds less than a week later. I called to ask for the 50 pounds refund (I have not received my order yet) only to be told I had to refund the whole thing and that it’s a cheaper batch of spas. they are not great at customer service and I will be complaining to the family fund to help other families not be ripped off by this company my son not only has to wait for his tub but I now have to wait for my refund which could have been avoided by just refunding the 50 in the first place.

Trampoline provided by family fund grant. Springs stretched and broke after 8 months. Atlantic trampolines blamed excessive jumping and weight limit exceeded by my 12 year old 8stone son. Refused cover by warranty or return. Customer services offered to replace springs and mat for cost of £79. Do not waste your family fund grant on these trampolines.

Excellent experience with this company via the family fund we were awarded, I'm so pleased with this climbing frame! Came the very next day, it's incredibly safe and wasn't too tricky to build.

Nice early delivery and delivery man was nice and helpful and overall the shed is great right size etc will be back again

Very helpful company , delivery driver was very friendly.
The shed itself was well made my only issue was the flimsiness of the window panels , I will need to replace with an alternative product ( not glass) has I don't think they will stand up to much weather wise.
My son is really pleased with our 7 x5 apex overlap shed. Easy to order and erected by friendly neighbour will do the job nicely. Recommended

My delivery was this morning. Excellent service. The driver NEIL kept me upto date with progress of delivery from the day prior. Even in the cold and rain he had a smile on his face. This produce is exactly what I was looking for and great value for money. Thanks so much

I ordered summerhouse through them.They used Mercia.Delivered with broken gable front no locks hinges handles not enough nails.Continouscecmails back a d forward still no handles and been told don't get in touch again we have customers and your holding us up.Was I not a customer.Shocking customer service .Unfinished summerhouse and no one interested.Out of pocket for repairs and told I'd receive £30 reimbursement.So obviously admitting things wrong just not dealing with them.Theyvseem to think Mercia are good to deal with.These company's both work with Family Fund which is government funded and delivering faulty goods then ignoring e mails .

Purchased on Thursday and arrived the next day.

I ordered one of these trampolines at the beginning of the summer and was very quickly delivered a high quality trampoline. I also ordered an enclosure and an achor kit as well, which all fit perfectly and were easy to put up.
Would definitely recommend
