Parked at Lyon Park school long walk but we knew that. On return leaving Bon Jovi concert early as we had a deadline to meet only to find our car that we parked as instructed by staff to be blocked in by other cars. 30 min wait luckily car owner was one of the first to arrive. We complained and to give Concert parking their credit they refunded our parking fee. There were lots of other people in the same situation.
Rip-off.
I attended the Jay-Z concert and used this service, the pricing is unjustified.
I drive my VW Tiguan and it was classed as a 4x4, I enquired about this as the wheelbase is no longer than my saloon car which would have been charged at £29.99.
When i arrived at the school, I was told to park on the grass next to a mini.
I refused on the bases that I paid for the 4x4 allocated spaced, the greater laughed and said I fell for that haha.
I was told to email if I had a problem.
I didn't see anyone when I left.
CONCERT & EVENT PARKING
40 min walk from Wembley stadium ,,, 2.5 miles No!!!!
Not a stewarded route as stated, a 35 minute walk to Wembley not 15-20 and when we returned from our event we was blocked in by other cars. Not safe for kids for walk back to car park. Shambles.
Parked for TOtenham Stadium. My fault for not checking the location properly. The car park is a 25-30 min walk from the staium, there are loads of free spaces along the way much closer to the stadium. Absolute rip off
Cancelled our parking space the day before the concert saying the spaces were no longer available due to 'construction work' leaving us with no parking available anywhere near the stadium.
Used Concertparking for the Gorillaz concert at Tottenham Stadium. It was so easy and convenient. Staff in attendance on arrival were very friendly and helpful.
Booked Tottenham Hotspur Stadium parking for Eubank vs Benn fight, wanted to check that my booking was confirmed and times that the car park opens and closes as the website said 2pm and confirmation said 5pm. Lisa from the company was available via what’s app late in the evening and answered my questions quickly meaning we would leave earlier.
Lisa showed amazing customer service and is a credit to the company she went the extra mile when few would at that time of night on a Friday thanks to her we have peace of mind before making the long journey down to London for what will hopefully be an amazing fight.
Thank you Lisa five star customer service would highly recommend this company
