Mower arrived promptly and has seen a lot of use since it arrived a few weeks ago. Does the job very well. Jolly good machine.

Really good service overall and I am very pleased with my new self-propelled petrol lawnmower. I would, however, have preferred the machine to be delivered ready assembled. Although I managed to assemble it myself, it certainly wasn’t easy.

The CP1-484 is quite a sturdy, well built machine, but... the grass box is a piece of nonsense, rides too low to the ground, actually brushes on the ground when it becomes around half full, can't help but think thus increases drag, and therefore excess fuel use / motor wear.

Not a minor point these days.

I have purchased an Atco 16S Li lawnmower from Lawnmowers Direct, who are part of the Ernest Doe group of companies. The machine itself performs beautifully but I cannot use it because I am only 5 feet 3 inches tall and the handles are not adjustable. I have had no joy with either Lawnmowers Direct or Atco regarding this issue.
The instruction manual gives clear advice on how to adjust the handles and yet, they aren't adjustable. This is an expensive lawnmower and the instructions are misleading.
DO NOT BUY THIS MOWER UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST 5 FOOT 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
I am now going to search out some platform shoes in the hope the extra height will enable me to use this otherwise lovely product.
Lovely people at both Lawnmowers Direct and Atco, but no help available.

Great mower, a modern twist on my old Atco that was around 50 years old and was beginning to get troublesome. The new mower will take over whilst I spend time on the original. Nice touch having the roller to give stripes.

Poor Returns Service
Would have given the company 5 stars for my original purchase but had to send something back due to ordering the wrong part. Package was received over a week ago at Atco and no signs of any refund yet, far too slow for on-line shopping. Keen to take your money but not so keen to give it you back !!

Contacted Acto about a the mower not starting the customer service was 5 star not only did they reply to my enquiry the same day but also provided a service manual. I would highly recommend customer service team

The part I ordered was despatched quickly and arrived promptly so my mower was back in action without a noticeable delay. Excellent service.

Excellent service when ordering a replacement for a damaged component on my mower.

Bought this rear roller mower now regret it as it blows particals straight in your face so the operator is breathing in these particuls causing lung damage and health issue. I have reported this to ATCO responce have a laugh just a repeated email.

I will never buy any of there machines again.

Despite the reviews and impressions on the website Atco refused to sell me a replacement part for my mower. Referring me to secondary sellers.
Eventually they assisted by sending a parts manual.

The mower (Liner 16s Li) arrived quickly (once some stock had become available) and was reasonably easy to assemble. Unfortunately the battery charger was missing but I managed to purchase one from a Stiga distributor. Atco have promised to send me a charger when they have stock. Mower has been used today and I am pleased to report that the battery had enough capacity to deal with my medium sized lawns.

I ordered a spare part for my petrol mower, the part arrived promptly. Great service.

I was having trouble finding parts without having a diagram reference. I made contact & within minutes was sent exactly what I needed for my ATCO. Super quick, super helpful & very polite. Thank you!!
