Rugby scholarship at Lindenwood Uni
My son started at Lindenwood University, Missouri on a rugby scholarship thanks to ASM. We joined up with Fabian at ASM who helped us navigate through the recruitment journey. ASM are knowledgeable and professional, most importantly the university coaches value Fabian’s assessment of the players to ensure a perfect match between player and school. I highly recommend ASM if you are considering a sports scholarship in the US.
Thanks to Fabian and the team at ASM my son is living his dream of studying and playing rugby in the US.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding your experience with ASM Sports. Our team is committed to providing the best possible service and support to all athletes and their families. In your case, within just 3 hours of signing up, your athlete was connected with a Division I school, followed by another Division I connection later that same week. Unfortunately, your athlete did not follow up with these connections, which can damage our relationships with coaches. Additionally, multiple messages from our team were ignored by your athlete. (Proof of these connections and unanswered messages can be provided upon request.)
While our terms clearly state that refunds are not offered for changing one’s mind, we still went above and beyond by refunding half of the payment as a goodwill gesture. We find this review unjustified, as our team delivered exactly what we promised. We regret that you chose to discontinue the services before we had the chance to fully deliver the rest of our services. Our priority remains to help athletes achieve their college recruiting goals, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Hello Jules,
We are sorry to see this review and sorry you feel ASM delivered anything less than the best for you.
However, your claims are misleading. Our team successfully fulfilled the initial assessment criteria, that you and your family approved before signing up with us, by connecting you with 7 different colleges - 4 D2, 1 NAIA, and 2 NJCAA - as specified when you signed up. It's crucial to clarify that while we strive to provide the best opportunities for showcasing talents within our network, we cannot guarantee scholarships, as this is beyond our control and against NCAA rules for any recruiting service to guarantee scholarships.
Our commitment lies in facilitating connections with coaches and navigating the offers available to athletes this is also clearly stated in our contracts and assessments. The final decision regarding offers depends on various factors, including budget constraints and personal preferences, and coaches engage in multiple conversations to assess these aspects before extending a formal offer.
In our last email to you, we offered to continue your recruiting efforts, and we want to clarify that we have not received any correspondence from you since our communication on June 27th, 2023. Your recent review and calls to our head office on January 3rd, 2024, where you did speak with someone, came as the first contact since then. We have not ignored any of your previous correspondence.
We are more than willing to continue assisting you in making connections and pursuing opportunities. However, it is essential to correct the assertion that we did not deliver exactly what you signed up for, as our records demonstrate otherwise. Proof of all communication and connects can be provided as they were in our last email correspond on June 27th, 2023.

Exceptional Guidance and Support in Securing a Sports Scholarship
**Review:**
I recently had the pleasure of working with ASM, and I must say, their services surpassed all my expectations. As a parent trying to navigate the complex world of college sports scholarships, their expertise and support were invaluable.
From the outset, they demonstrated a deep understanding of what it takes to create a compelling sports portfolio. Their team assisted us in producing a high-quality video showcasing my child's athletic skills, which was a crucial part of the scholarship application. Their eye for detail and understanding of what college coaches look for in prospective students made a significant difference.
But their services went far beyond just video assistance. The placement support provided by ASM was top-notch. They guided us through the maze of college sports programs, helping us identify the right opportunities and effectively position my child's application. Their knowledge of the scholarship landscape and connections with college programs were evident in the way they handled our case.
The result? My child secured a fantastic scholarship to play sports at a reputable college, a dream that seemed daunting before we engaged with ASM. The joy and excitement we feel are beyond words, and it's all thanks to their dedicated team.
I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and the personalized attention we received throughout the process. They were always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and support us in every step.
I wholeheartedly recommend ASM to any parent looking for comprehensive, professional, and effective support in securing sports scholarships for their children. Their expertise, dedication, and results-oriented approach truly set them apart. Thank you, ASM, for making this journey a successful and memorable one for our family!

The people of ASM are friendly and very helpful. I've recently signed with a top university in the NCAA and I can say with all honesty that without the ASM group this wouldn't have been possible for me. They made everything so easy for me and if I ever had a question or didn't understand something, they were always willing to help. They have made this process stress free for me and it has just been an amazing experience working with them.

Free transfer lie
Everything was completely fine with the agency and the person who was working for me, I also recommend it to some friends who decided to work with the agency. When I was starting my process, I was promised a free help with the transfer process after my sophomore year in case I didn't like the school I was committing to, now that I reached them for help with the transfer they said the membership I paid does not include the transfer, so it makes no sense promising help with the transfer and then forgetting about you when you have committed to your college, then you ask them for help and ask you for more money. Personally I would recommend more Athletes USA, better prices, more realistic and more helpful.

Dear Adrian,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we genuinely apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. We're delighted to hear that you found significant value in our services during your initial engagement, even recommending us to friends. Your package included online profile creation, video production, transcript translation, SAT guidance, university connections, and successful placement at a D2 school with a substantial scholarship of over $20,000 per year. Additionally, we supported you with clearinghouse registration, admissions, Visa processing, and more throughout your recruitment journey.
We understand and empathize with your disappointment regarding the lack of assistance with the transfer process. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and recognize the importance of clear communication. However, it's essential to note that the contract you signed explicitly indicates, both visually and in writing, that transfer assistance was not part of the club membership agreement. We take steps to outline our services comprehensively in our documentation to maintain transparency.
We appreciate your concerns, and your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve our services. It's worth mentioning that our current team has not received any communication regarding transfers. We apologize if you attempted to reach out to someone who is no longer with us.
If you have further questions or if there's anything specific we can address, please feel free to contact our main office at support@asmsports.co. We are committed to assisting you and ensuring that your overall experience with us remains positive, as highlighted by the success of the initial services you selected.
Thank you once again for taking the time to express your thoughts. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow from your feedback.
Kind regards,
ASM Support

Hello Kaz,
We regret to read your review.
Upon reviewing your case with our team and our system, we want to emphasize that we maintained constant communication with you throughout your college recruitment. It is important to note that your initial contract did not include a provision for transferring, and when you inquired about it, you expressed dissatisfaction with our team's response. While we would like to support all athletes free of charge, this would not be fair to the clients who have paid for additional services.
The services you did pay for were delivered in full, and our staff provided assistance at every step of the process, including profile completion, video creation, connecting with coaches, admission guidance, transcript translations, visa appointment support, college departure tips, and catch-up calls, among others and successful university placement. We have diligently fulfilled our commitments, and we apologize that your 1-star review is a result of seeking additional services for free.
Please understand that we never ignored your requests. You had communicated via WhatsApp that you were dissatisfied with your current coach and desired a transfer. In response, we informed you that we would guide you on how to proceed.
As previously communicated across multiple platforms, we remain willing and ready to offer further advice and guidance if you require it.
