Jérémy m'a coacher pendant 6 mois, pour concrétiser un poste de manager dans le domaine de l'énergie.
C'est un coach super impliqué, professionnel, sympa, j'ai vraiment apprécié les séances de coaching.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure how useful the 5-session coaching program with Jeremy would be at first, but I was really pleasantly surprised by how much I got out of it.

My focus was on career planning, leadership, and management, and Jeremy totally delivered. What I loved most was how he didn’t just give me answers—he asked the right questions to help me figure things out for myself. That approach made everything click on a deeper level.

We covered a lot, from managing my own career and making sure I’m on the right path (balancing both management and tech), to coaching my team and giving them more space and ownership. He also gave me great advice on leadership skills like running 1:1s and tough feedback meetings—something I wasn’t always confident and experienced with.

We really dug into leading during tough times, how to keep people motivated (starting by myself), and crafting a vision everyone can get behind. By the end of it, I had a clearer idea of the kind of leader I am (and want to be), and how to avoid reacting emotionally when things get tough.

This coaching didn’t just help with my own career, it also made me a better team leader. Jeremy’s insight, combined with the way he guided me to find my own answers, has made me more confident in having those tough discussions with underperforming teammates and leading through change. I went in with doubts, but I walked away with real, lasting value.

If you’re looking to level up your leadership and management skills, I can’t recommend Jeremy enough!

I’ve been working with Jeremy for the past four months, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made! From day one, Jeremy really took the time to get to know me, understand my goals, and create a plan that fit perfectly with where I was and where I wanted to go.

Jérémie est un excellent coach qui est toujours attentif aux besoins de ses « élèves », il adapte sa séance en fonction des bobos de chacun et explique bien chaque exercice à effectuer.
Il m’a redonné goût au sport ce qui n’était pas gagné :) pendant mes vacances il m’a également fait un programme a ma demande afin de ne pas avoir trop dur lors de la reprise. N’hésitez plus à vous rendre chez JS Coaching :)

I discovered an energy I didn’t know I had. The program was perfectly fitting my needs and for this reason I could easily achieve my daily goals. this has given me the right motivation to continue and to make the change. I was really surprised by the fact that for the first time in my life I started enjoying doing exercises and feeling very energized by doing them. What an amazing journey in the past 4 months with Jeremy!! I lost 9% of body fat, gained significant muscle mass, and did all this sustainably (which was the most important part for me).

I have tried many different programs in the past, but none of them have worked for long. Jeremy has deep knowledge in his space but can explain it in easy and actionable terms.

What I didn't expect was his support on so many different levels, ie. providing a detailed diet plan, weekly coaching calls, in-between random voice messages to motivate me, guidance through the ups and downs of this journey, having an ear to listen and celebrating successes...

I have tried dozens of different diets & workout programs in the past, ALL of them left me with quick but unsustainable results.

What I liked the most about Jeremy's approach, is that he is focusing not on the symptom (e.g, loosing weight), but goes deep to the root & supports you in changing that first (e.g. mindset, beliefs, habits).

Having Jeremy's constant support, a no BS approach & making this journey to optimal health fun is what i appreciated the most.
