Our family truly enjoyed the services provided by AskAlladin. The entire trip was very memorable, starting from the private car pickup from airport to the hotel to site seeing and travel to Aswan.
The drivers and our tour guide Mohammad was very friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time each day. We never felt that we were rushed to come back from our exploration.
I would recommend any family who is planning to go to Egypt to use their services. I have already recommended many of my family friends:)

The agency representative in Cairo, Mustafa, was very attentive to our needs. The tour guide, Walid , was very good. Transportation by air, water and land were well coordinated and no glitches. Cruise ship upgrade, with no additional cost, was much appreciated.
One suggestion- advise travelers to bring extra money for tipping. Although the trip was purchased as a " package" , it did not include tipping for drivers, tour guides, cruise ship hotel crew, etc.

I had a wonderful time! I booked a 3-night/4-day Nile Cruise online and everything went very smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and my on-site guide Mohammed was truly an expert at his job. He taught me so much, made sure I was happy and well taken care of, and really was a joy to be around overall. The boat we stayed on was super luxurious, I never wanted to leave. This tour was a little expensive, but I definitely worth it. I would recommend it to anyone, especially single travelers!

Egypt was one of our most exciting and favorite trips abroad. The sites and the history made us stare in awe at the 4000 year old marvels. The food was phenomenal and the people were very hospitable and kind. At no point during our trip did we feel unsafe and everything was very well organized. Yassir our guide was exceptional and truly made Egypt feel like our home away from home. The passion and knowledge he had for Egyptian history and culture was contagious and very memorable. From the pyramids of giza, to abu simbel, to the local coffee shops, we will never forget this wonderful trip and hope that many others can experience the wonders, sites, and tastes Egypt has to offer.

I was so pleased with the experience I made an Adobe movie and have shared it with relatives, friends and colleagues. I intend to share it with my students in two weeks when school resumes.
Egyptologists, Mohamed, Luxor/Aswan, and Maged, Cairo/Memphis, made the experience truly memorable. Their knowledge and passion for their nation's rich culture and history was extensive. Tour guide, Mostafa, anticipated our needs and was sensitive to cultural differences. I felt I could ask any and all questions and receive honest answers that improved my understanding of the people and the religions of Egypt.
I truly hope to return to Egypt one day .

Egypt has been on our list of place to visit for quite a while, so earlier this year we decided this is the year that we're going to Egypt, but as you can image every time we shared to family and friend that we had booked our fights and tour we heard responses like...are you sure it's safe???

Ask Aladdin provided a lovely experience full of information, site seeing and the accommodations are top notch. When visiting a place like Egypt full of history it's a much to have an Egyptology with you and Ask Aladdin has nothing but the best. Our Egyptology was Bassim, not only did her provide us with a plethora of information, he also had an outstanding personality (charming, humorous and friendly) which enhanced our experience. On our off time, my partner and I are very adventurous, we love to explore and submerge ourselves into the culture, we walked the streets of Egypt as if we were locals. We were welcomed and treated very well by the locals, woman and men greeted us and wanted to had conversations with us (most Egyptians do speak English), we felt safe and secure the whole time. Overall the experience was the best and far exceeded our expectations.

If you are thinking about going to Egypt....GO!!!! You won't regret it!

My traveling partner and I did the non-tour part of Europe and a the tour part through Ask Aladdin. Everyone at Ask Aladdin was prompt with answering my emails and questions and followed through with everything they said they would do (ie: greeters at the airport, types of transportation, etc)

Our tour guide was awesome and very patient with us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about ancient Egypt and modern day cultural questions we had.

Egypt was not scary like most people think and I recommend it to anyone that has any interest in ancient Egypt especially.

All I expected plus more! Would recommend this company to anyone. I read many reviews prior to chosing them that talked about the positive reviews and no negative reviews and were the reviews real etc etc but they are. Great company, provided us with a great guide and a great cruise ship.

My trip to Egypt had a very busy itinerary. I went on a two week package and was sceptical about Ask Aladdin pulling it off. They did. From my pre-trip planning to my departure to and from Egypt was outstanding. They answered all of my questions, promptly returned all of my phone calls and emails. I can definitely recommend Ask Aladdin for your trip to Egypt and I would use them again.

First I will start with the guide which greeted us at our arrival and was the one that made sure that we got on our return flight well and satisfied. He was a wonderful guide on our tour of Cairo making sure and taking the time to explain everything about the City of Cairo with all its nuisances and customs. His level of care for the customer was beyond compare, making us feel as part of the greater Egyptian family and treated us like friends. We can’t say enough or give enough accolades for the way he treated us, always with great respect and attention to our requests and questions about Egypt including customs and practices of the people. He always kept making sure that we were enjoying our stay and tour. He always kept in contact and that showed his level of professionalism and responsibility for his job, even making sure that we were on time for everything including our return flight home which, by the way, was earlier than what showed in our schedule due to the time change earlier in the month. His, was a job well done!

Second guide in our tour of Egypt with all its wonders was a guide that really impressed us with his knowledge of all the treasures we were visiting. His attention to detail and courteous manners toward us were impressive, to say the least. He answered our every question about what we were seeing in a way that was clear and understandable.

Third guide in our tour was was efficient, although we felt rushed through the sites. He did a good job on presenting both sites, Karnak and Luxor Temples, but as just mentioned, we felt rushed through both sites to the point that we didn’t even have a chance to take a picture of us together at the sites. He picked us up at 8:00 and we were back to the hotel at 10:20.

Last but not least was the guide that tour with us on our cruise of the River Nile. He was a wonderful guide that took his time explaining and allowed us enough space and time to fully take in, not only the sites, but the experience of what we were seeing. He felt more like a friend that was sharing his treasures with us.

About the sites, hotels, and cruise, your agency did a marvellous job. Starting with the booking on which the agency did a marvellous job and made the whole process an easy one. They answered our every email and question with promptness and courtesy. They did everything possible to make possible the rearrangements of last minute. For that, a big “Thank you!”. Their choice of hotels was wonderful of which I have to put Movenpick Giza Pyramids just a little above Steigenberger Luxor; the free in room Wi-Fi just puts it a little bit above (Steigenberger does not have free in room Wi-Fi, just in front of the bar). Don’t take me wrong, both hotels were wonderful with very courteous and friendly staff. The choice of cruise was equally wonderful! The “Semiramis I” staff, specially the people that made up our rooms, treated us with respect and were very friendly; they made my wife feel like a Queen! They were very professional in the amount of care for us and making us comfortable throughout our cruise. I must not forget our drivers; they were equally wonderful and showed a level of professionalism and courtesy I wasn’t expecting. They drove very safely even in the”controlled chaos” which is Cairo traffic.

It was a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend this agency to our friends that have expressed interest on experiencing what we just finished.

Since the moment we arrived in Cairo everybody helped us and gave us a wonderful trip in Egypt. Excellent guides and good coordination!

We arrived home on March 9, after a wonderful trip to your country.

We learned so much about Egypt’s history, customs, geography, and the people. Our stays at the Ramses Hilton and the Sheraton in Alexandria were very comfortable, and the hotels had great views!

The staff on the Nile Dolphin were very attentive, friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed by Ahmed( especially his safe driving and help at the airport), and our guide Maged Fawzy was an incredible source of information, and presented it so clearly…we were very lucky to receive such a high calibre of service.

Our Nile cruise guide, Ahmed, looked after us very well, and prevented us from getting lost!

We enjoyed 5 days in Dahab, after your tour. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the snorkeling.

At no time did we feel unsafe or threatened…it is too bad that the safety factor still plays on so many people’s minds…we will certainly pass on our own great experience.

Due to a family bereavement we had to rearrange our holiday 12 months after the original dates. Ask Alladins expertise and patience in sorting out an identical itinerary at little additional cost was exemplary.
Their planning ensured our holiday went smoothly as planned.
The liaison officers meeting us at the airports, sorting out visa's aiding us through immigration, transporting us to our hotels were a tremendous help.
The guides were friendly, informative and obviously very enthusiastic about Egypt ensuring all our site visits were an experience we will never forget.
The Nile Cruise boat was very comfortable, the food both varied and of very high quality, the staff both courteous and very helpful.

From initial inquiry to planning, to meeting us at every juncture, to providing well informed guides, drivers, cars, hotel reservations and check-ins, to departure, all was well planned and well done. I was a bit skeptical as I began making plans via email but now have no hesitation in recommending AskAladdin to anyone.

Overall we did enjoy the trip. My kids had great fun at Hurgade on the water games. They didn't want to leave.
The guide Mr. Bassam was good had a good command on the language and made sure everyone had eye contact with him before he started his briefing. He took us to all the places as per our ittenary and also to places out of the plan which was very nice of him.He had planned ahead on the places needed to visit and was well prepared. On the other hand the guide Mr. Ahmed who joined us at Aswan had difficulty in expressing. At times we were figuring the words he intended to say but could'nt express.

The room at Cairo hotel La Meridian was vey nice facing the Pyramids. My thanks to Mr. Ahmed. He had to wait at the Terminal 3 to receive us and he tried his best to see that we had a good room during our stay at Cairo. The room arrangements at the hotel in Aswan was not good. We were 4 persons and we got 3 single beds, we were facing lot of difficulties, despite informing the representative who had come to receive us at the station to seriously look into it but was over looked.

We stayed 24 hrs in cruise docking alongside. I believe we could have utilized that time for more sight seeing rather than staying in cruise doing nothing. You need to consider for future packages. Dinner on cruise was on average with limited items on the main course. Room allotted was good and the programs were of average ratings. The belly dancer was good but the musicians playing the music were awful. Their music was not synchronized with the dance. The belly dancer herself paused between the dance and gave a sarcastic look at the musicians. The belly dance at Cairo on the Nile Crystal was good to compare with.

The ancient site visits were very good. We had good time on our trip, had lot of shopping done as memories and hope to visit Egypt again in the near future with sharm al sheikh and all the missed out locations not seen due to time constraints.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the very knowledgeable tour guide who was just for the two of us! He was very kind and friendly and was flexible to our wants. Tours were very interesting - not too drawn out, and not too short, everything was relevant and interesting.

In October 19-25, 2015, I traveled by myself to Egypt for a five day tour. I was very pleased with my travel experiences while in Egypt. I was never alone during the six days I was in Egypt and felt very well taken care of. Both guides I had were very knowledgeable and took good care of me. Maged, my guide in Cairo, was exceptional. I could understand him very well and in had a deep understanding of all that we saw. I was not ready for the driving in Cairo. I thought that all of the drivers were excellent. I was very pleased that I had someone else driving who understood the local rules. Security clearly was a concern as evident by the checking of vehicles when going to hotels and road blocks. But being escorted every place gave me a sense of safety. Even at the airports and train station someone met me and stayed with me to be sure I was safe and made the next leg of my trip. The food was all very good. Muhammad, my guide Aswan and Luxor, very generously provided me lunch at a local restaurant on the last day. it was great to have a meal other than a buffet.

I feel I saw an incredible number of things and learned a significant amount of information. One thing I which I was given was a map of Cairo showing the spots I visited and a map of Egypt showing the sites I visited.

The voyage down the Nile was fun. I got to meet someone other travelers. The food was good. I was surprised that the actual time on the water was fairly short. It seemed I only had a few hours actually going down the river.

Yes, I would recommend Egypt Travel Experts to others for a safe trip.

What made this trip was just how knowledgeable the tour guides from AskAladdin were. About the only place I have ever been where I wanted to turn around and come back. Don't do what I did and take the trip with very little "reading up" on the country and history. I am now reading the book Ancient Egypt by Brier and Hobbs in preparation for my return trip! You guys really did ROCK! Thanks.
