Our trip to Egypt was the trip of a lifetime! Everything was wonderful! Our fantastic guide Sawar! The hotels, the service, the tours, the cruise, the drivers, the food, the friendly Egyptian people and of course your amazing Egyptian sites and wonders! Cannot wait to take another trip with this fabulous company!

4-days Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor
Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) went for Easter to Egypt for 9 days. We have spent few days in Cairo on our own and then flew to Aswan, where our 4-days Nile Cruise started. We have prepeared our cruise trip with Heba, who was since the beginning very helpful. We have chosen the modern Blue Shadow boat and were very happy with the cabin facilities and property on the boat. We had a small issue - in our room were ready only 3 beds for 4 of us. But this misunderstanding was solved within one hour and the kids could enjoy their own room afterwards and everyone was happy. The food on the boat was OK (though we would prefere to taste more often local starters), for every meal there were four different main dishes, including meat on the grill cooked in front of your eyes. Our guide Radwan was great, very helpful. He cared about our security, comfort and amused our kids (7 and 11 years old), who will thanks to him never forgett about the queen Hatschepsut and her brother Thutmosis. :-) We can reccomand Ask Aladin as your Egyptian Travel Agent.

Ask Alladin was great from start to finish. Sarah helped us with the booking and was very patient, responsive and accommodating to myself and my mother. My mother is fairly old and Sarah made sure the cruise ship was aware and they took great care of us. Especially when they learned we were Egyptians visiting from overseas. Ask Alladin did everything they said and beyond from greeting us at the airport thru assisting us with our luggage all the way to our cruise ship. We didn't lift a finger.

Sarah learned thru our private tour guide Radwan that my mom was craving grilled pheasant, and as a special treat from Ask Alladin, they treated us to a lovely pheasant dinner on our last day in Aswan. SUCH A SWEET & GENEROUS TOUCH.

Now for Radwan our tour guide. What a cool, down to earth and very educated man he was. He was with us from the arrival to nearly our departure at the airport. He was so patient and catering to my elder mother who became fatigued easily from the walking and always made sure she was taken care of. Radwan chamged the itinerary a bit to make sure we got the best out of our trip and even took us on some off the beaten path adventures. His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history was very impressive and the coolest part was his ability to read hieroglyphics. SO NEAT!

For those reading this I urge you to book with Ask Alladin. We had a wonderful time on our 4 day cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Lastly, we felt incredibly safe the entire time in Egypt as we were vacationing for a month.

Thank you Ask Aladdin. We had a fantastic holiday on your Egypt Splendour Tour. We booked with only 2 weeks notice but all our travel arrangement were taken care of, any questions asked were responded to very quickly by Sara and the process was very easy.
Mr Ramadan was at the airport to help us with our visas and navigate us through a very busy airport. Then we were driven my a very skilled driver (I would not want to drive in Egypt!) to our hotel with views over the Pyramids , much to the children's delight.
I won't bore you like the details of our tour, hopefully you'll find out for yourself. But we had the most amazing time. The guilds were very knowledgeable and delivered their information so well my 6 & 10 yrs old kids were gripped. Here I must mention the lovely Mr Radwan Haggagi who was with us during our cruise. He made our trip so very special, making sure we saw all the sights and generally looking out for us, making sure we were happy and not hassled too much by vendors. Thank you again.
Our ship the Royal Esadora has seen some service but was very clean and comfortable and the food was great. All the staff on board were fantastic and very helpful. My little boy even got extra towel creations when staff saw how happy they made him.
On our arrival back to Cairo there was a problem with our hotel check-in, So Mr Ramadan arrived on his day off and made sure we got what we had what had been booked on our behalf booked, and our driver stayed and waited until rooms were made ready for us to insure we were happy.

Yasser is brilliant. Everything ran smoothly. Could not ask for more. However our experience in Jordon also organised thru ask Aladdin was not so good. The driver was great the guide however not so good. Sorry can not remember his name. Not at all very communicative did not really have a lot to tell us. However in hindsight probably a guide was not required just the driver. We do wish again to pass on how fantastic yasser was.

I cannot say I was really happy with AskAladdin tour program and tour guide accompanying us in the south Egypt. We had a messed up program in Alexandria and actually haven't had a chance to see a city. With what we did saw in Alexandria, 3,5 hours drive traffic one way (7 hours both ways) didn't worth to spent whole day on the road. Another big disappointment was last minute cancelation flight to Abu Simbel for a chances of which we were not notified before last min. Another dark box with itinerary is a lock of providing detail description which entrance fees are paid off in advance. Especially it's critical in Valley of King and Valley of Queens as Itinerary saying entrance fees are included, but it's really only some basic general. To see really good artifacts you would need to pay additional fees. However have to pay attribute to the company's rep(s) to be prompt and provide excellent transportation.

For my wife and I, our tour of Egypt was a trip of a lifetime. We both had wanted to visit Egypt, but were always concerned over the stability and safety of the trip. Our guides took great care of our arrangements and safety was never a concern. This individual tour was so much better than touring in a large group. Our guide had a vast depth of knowledge of the sites and cites we visited as well as the history of each location. The only negative point was our Egypt Air flight from Aswan to Cairo was oversold and we were bumped off this flight and the next flight we were on, was delayed. Overall, it was a magnificent trip.

The ships service and food was well below ADVERTISED standard.
We had no food poisoning after travelling for 2 months in the middle east and eating all manner of street and restaurant foods.
Middle of this trip Sandra got bad food poisoning after a meal of fish and she did not eat for 3 days. I did not eat fish, so I came up smiling. We notified the ships head chef and boat manager, at the time.
Radwun our guide was well below our normal guide experience.
We have travelled 8-9 months a year all over the world for the last 12 years.
We have just finished a 15 night Moroccan tour, including a 5 hour camel ride through the dunes and sleeping in a Berber tent in the Sahara desert. We gave this trip 5 stars in all areas.

I Can honestly “highly”recommend this company! First I would like to thank Allan and Sara for their patience while arranging my iterinary for my last minute trip to Egypt. Sara was kind enough to help with all my questions through email on deciding exactly how to execute all my destinations on our 14 day stay. She was extremely helpful. This was a trip for my 30th birthday which was just my husband and I so we chose a private tour. We were greeted by Ramadan at the airport who helped us through customs and checked us into our hotel. Yasser was our Egyptologist during our Cairo stay, I can’t explain how amazing he made our experience. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate when he speaks and extremely detailed you can tell he really loves what he does plus he helped us find the right vendors who would sell us authentic Egypt made crafts. I highly recommend Yasser as your tour guide:) . As for the rest of our trip to Aswan and Luxor we were met with Radwan who once again was amazing, passionate and knowledgeable. Made sure we had breakfast lunches made for us when we had early morning tours when we could not make it to breakfast hours at our hotels or cruise. Everything from even our driver who maneuvered Cairo traffic amazingly! This company made my birthday wishes come together and I thank every one on Ask alladins team for such an amazing experience.

Mustafa our guide was very knowledgeable, courteous and personable.He accommodated our needs and special requests throughout our trip which made it very pleasant and a lot of fun too ! We opted for personal tour with the company and the services of all the tour providers, and their representatives was very good. Their resident representative in Cairo Mr Ramadan was very courteous and did everything to make our visit to Egypt a memorable one. We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Egypt with Ask Aladdin, and we cannot recommend Ask Aladdin more highly. Over the past 30 years, we have traveled quite a bit throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa with various tour companies. We wanted to go to Egypt, but we were not sure exactly how to go about planning a trip there on our own. I searched for quite sometime for a company with which we felt comfortable with both the itinerary and the price, and we were so fortunate to have found Ask Aladdin.

As for the trip, we specified our dates of travel, and Ask Aladdin arranged every detail, involving in-country flights on EgyptAir, a Nile Cruise on the M/S Farah, pickups and transfers at every stop in private vans with courteous and respectful drivers, 4-star hotels in every location, incredible breakfasts every morning, most lunches and dinners, and an incredible English-speaking Egyptologist, Yasser, who escorted us through every location. Our guide shielded us from the aggressive vendors, but he took us to reputable shops and eliminated all the need for outrageous haggling. We never felt the least bit unsafe anywhere, and everyone we met was so nice and welcoming. There were a tremendous number of moving parts, and every detail of our trip went perfectly smoothly without a single hitch anywhere. Additionally, it was amazing how our guide, Ramadan, walked us right through the airport and hotel check-ins, completely bypassing all of the customs, immigration, visa, and registration lines, as he had prepared all of our information prior to our arrival.

One of the big reasons that I felt most comfortable with Ask Aladdin is that he has an 800 number at which you can speak to him directly from the US. He answers his phone promptly and responds immediately to any questions you might have, as he is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, and professional.

Excellent custom-developed tour of Egypt and Jordan. All airport hand-offs were accomplished smoothly, and tour guides were outstanding. Appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the Ask Alladin staff, especially our primary POC, Ms. Elbarbary.

This was a great company to go through. They always got back to me within a day when I had questions via email and were very easy to deal with. When we arrived in Egypt someone was waiting for us and made everything flow so nicely. He helped with our bags and our visas getting us to the hotel checking us in and planning the times to meet with our tour guide. The following day we met in the lobby with our tour guide and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was passionate about his job and I loved listening to him give us the brief history of what we were going to see before every site we went to. He took really good care of us and helped a lot. We were able to go to Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, a Cruise down the mile, and to Hurghada while booking through Ask Aladdin. This trip was so amazing I loved everything about it. The only downfall was there was a lot of driving which takes up a lot of time but well worth it.

It was the most wonderful time I've had in my life the hotels were the most eloquent and their service was excellent...the schedule was on point I enjoyed the expertise of my guides (Sarwat and Radwan) they were the best I felt completely comfortable in their presence they also showed a warmth towards me like they already knew me. They knew about all the sites and they explained in detail everything. the cruise was so exciting visiting all the temples on the stops along the way to Luxor the last nite on the cruise was exciting the Belly Dancer and the Twirling Dancer was the best. Once I got to Luxor it was the icing on the cake (lol) that experience I'll never forget the tour of Karnak was incredible the light show was emotionally touching for me. I have recommended your Company to all my fiends that have viewed my photo's and I intend to visit Egypt again in the near future and will differently book my tour through your company.
