Ran into family problems and asked for extension or to start over since I was barely starting and was left unanswered numerous X's instead of helping and now they trying to put me more in debt even without a job still!!

Impossible to contact a LIVE person. The automated system provides borrowers in repayment with 3 options, none of which allow us to speak to a LIVE person. They sent me one email outlining the payment amount, then sent me another, then sent a text with a different amount. A joke to work with and would never recommend to anyone.

The process felt direct and straightforward and easy.

The time frame they responded quicker than expected and the platform to fill your informations they are easy to understand, makes the whole process simple
