Still Need humans available for questions
Automation can be a good thing, BUT...Would have really liked to get some questions answered 1:1 with a human being. Confusing credit rating vs interest rate relationships. Annoying duplication of effort when the same borrower applying for 2 different students.

Extremely Disappointed with Ascent/Launch Servicing
I am extremely disappointed with how Ascent/Launch Servicing has handled my account. Despite serious financial and medical hardship, I have consistently made every effort to meet my loan obligations.
I contacted them on July 25, 2026, to request forbearance and still made a $553.90 payment on July 31. Despite this, a late payment was reported to the credit bureaus, causing my credit score to drop 58 points.
I am asking them to consider the circumstances, my payment history, and my continued efforts to remain responsible and remove the negative reporting as a goodwill adjustment.
Very disappointing customer treatment. I hope someone in management actually reviews this case.
