Received my stabs and switches the other day after a fair wait . This was trumped by the quality of the products I received- it definitely isn't an amateur job and I am more than happy with the products. The customer service was friendly and fast but they don't always have all the information you might need. The wait time is slightly more than desirable but in these times its more than expected (and more than worth it!) would recommend to friends .

Bad Quality Keycaps
Terrible quality keycaps, the keycaps I bought looks black on the website listing, what arrived are navy blue colored with a terrible dye job. They look suspiciously like the previous set I bought from Amazon and returned cause the quality was so bad. I bought from Ascend thinking the quality would be better from an actual keyboard vendor, boy was I wrong...
Pretty bad returns policy too, you can only return broken or damaged items, but if you don't like the quality of the item well you're stuck with it.
Edit: Raising the rating as things have been cleared up, got a full refund without needing to return the item.

Sloppy job
Sloppy job. Stabs overlubbed and I honestly think my order was forgotten about for months until I decided to reach out and it was immediately shipped out.

I had a great experience. Staff was quick to respond and very friendly. Took longer than I thought but it was not their fault.
