Financially Unstable
Recently failed to renew their systems. All user data was lost without warning. Providing as many free servers as possible does not financially support the company.

Data Privacy Concern
The staff team have full access to the data of each server hosted by the company. They can download, modify, or remove this data at any time without warning.

Professionalism
The staff team is primarily made up of volunteers consisting of teenagers and underage individuals. These individuals are inexperienced and unprofessional, failing to provide quality support.

No Backups
The company does not backup their systems. User data could be permanently lost at any time without warning.

Overallocation
The company knowingly overallocates on their systems. This can cause instability and data corruption.

Internal Communications
The owner of the company fails to effectively communicate with the staff team, leave them uninformed and unable to provide quality support to users and customers.

Hiding Information
The owner of the company frequently removes public messages regarding these concerns, calling the individual uninformed.

Most unserious hosting company ever!
Seriously, they forgot to pay for their servers so all costumer data was deleted. Banned me twice. Suddenly they wanted to rework their panel so they just decided that everybody needs to transfer their servers to another company. In their discord they call people stupid for asking questions and nerds for answering. And not to mention the staff and the owners! They ignore you, get mad, spams and cant solve basic problems when i told them what they needed to do.
Literally just dont go for this host. I warn you. They have a bad reputation and if you come from "I want free server hosting!" they stopped doing that.
They also get their staff to submit fake reviews.

Dont go for them. They will probably forget to pay for their crappy servers and delete your data without a refund even though you didn't do anything.

My experience with MCST.io is being great! The prices are fair, and most importantly, the free version is extremely generous. It's the most generous server hosting service I've ever found. Your server runs for 12 days straight 24/7, and you only have to renew once each cycle, it's also a simple process. I haven't had any problems with this site, and it allowed me to have the fun I wanted with my friends without having to pay, but if I could, I would.

Hello im writing a review about this website. This website is pretty good but on the other hand there are many problems, like for example discord staff not reacting to your tickets for atleast a day, they dont provide just clean version of servers, the ping is bad and the hosting itself is very buggy and hard to work with, the UI is not 100% working, because of that many things can be easily broken. The first day i payed, nobody gave me the balance and then i needed to message the owner about it and he again replied very late like 20hrs later. Upload speed is bad and my ftp have been crashing a lot. Databases not working, so good luck setting up ranks and stuff for your server.
