When i ordered my lightsaber it was not flagged as being on back order. We are almost a month in and the order is still processing and their support refuses to cancel my order. Ive had to reach out to my bank to dispute. Will NEVER order from them again.

Terrible service
I ordered the sword on June 16th, and I still haven't received it.
You write to them, but they don't give you any explanations or certainties. They just say they're sorry and that they'll give you a refund if you want one.
So, I'm really disappointed now, and I won't recommend them to anyone.

Six weeks and still no item that was to deliver in 2-3 days
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a lightsaber that was showing in stock and to be delivered in "2-3 days". I have contacted them via email several times to be told "the item is delayed and will ship next week" (even tho it was till showing 2-3 day delivery on the website). I waited another 3 weeks to be told "it will ship this week". It did not ship this week. Maybe this company used to be legitimate but it does not seem to be in 2025. So now negative reviews will posted everywhere.

Scam website
They shipped it right after our following up after a three-week awaiting time for receiving the order. Then, the item had a problem with its battery. We had to send it back but they asked us for being responsible for return shipping cost. We shouldn't pay for a shipping cost if an item doesn't work basically.

Was told my order was packed up and awaiting courier, that was a week ago. At the 3 week point for my order with minimal communication from ARTSabers. Wouldn’t recommend this company at the current moment.

My very first pixel saber EVER and I absolutely it!💚Wanted the Luke V1 and it is a very beautiful hilt, perfect craftsmanship, easy to use, the light and sound are QUALITY! If you grab one I promise you would not be disappointed! Also, customer support 10/10. Don’t take long to respond, very informative which makes anyone buying for the first time at ease. If you choose the SNV4 you can customize fonts with the app Force Park as well. Just amazing! So happy with this purchase and it will be purchasing more in the near future! GREAT JOB ARTSABERS!

to late, broken and no reaction
The blade arrived way too late, was broken, they sent a replacement blade, that was not the issue, they then said they would sent a replacement but got nothing. No reaction on mails for a month and I don't have a working blade. I ordered it dec 2024!! (its may 2025 now.... Rest my case
Great Starter Saber
I received the GREY Smasher Saber Force FX Saber Heavy Dueling Saber. The motion sounds and flash-on-clash sounds are super reactive and clear. The one-button operation is surprisingly easy to learn in order to control your saber settings like color, volume, and sound fonts. I love it. The downside is that the engraved lines on the grip could potentially cause blisters if used often. I recommend a glove or, if you don't mind covering the design, wrapping the handle.

Introduction:
Hello, I have seen so many mixed reviews on the company "ARTSABERS" and have been worried about them. This is because I purchased before doing my research. I have never bought a lightsaber before but I have wanted to for a while. I purchased 2 of the Darth Maul lightsabers and was very excited to have them.
The issue:
I had purchased these on 5-9-2025 today is 5-28-25 and I received them yesterday on 5-27-25. I had purchased them using an outlook email but never received any emails. Using my gmail account I emailed them and they responded fairly quick and switched the account email to my gmail one. To this day the order on the website says processing but they have been delivered to me so in my experience you will get them but at a random time. I had emailed them lots asking "oh is it going to ship soon" and they said they "urged" the warehouse to ship it soon but I have no way of telling. When I got the email that it had shipped, it had been delivered. I am very pleased with the purchase and love the lightsabers. But the lack of tracking on the package makes you worry sometimes. But besides that, my experience was alright.
TLDR:
Use gmail not outlook so you actually get the mail they send you. Do not worry if you don't get a tracking number or link, it will come eventually. Do research before purchasing your lightsaber but artsabers is a good company in my experience.

Artsabers profited from the orders I referred but never paid a cent in commission. Worse, they completely ignored all follow-ups. This behavior is unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for their affiliate partners.
Cool saber, but could be better
I got a Kenobi Ep. 3 saber. It’s pretty cool (my first expensive lightsaber), but my one gripe (and it’s fairly significant) is that either the tiny allen wrench or the retention screws are stripping and I’m not able to tighten the blade enough to get more than a few light spins in before it starts to come loose.
No payments, no support
After reaching the required sales threshold, I submitted a payment request as instructed. But there was no response at all. No email replies, no support, no accountability. Truly disappointing!

Purchased on tuesday night May 13 from Canada and showed order # and will send confirmation to email and also asked to click to reset password and after click nothing had happened and no confirmation send until today May 15 and use the same link to check the status of the order - guess what - no order # and called bank and bank said money had been paid!!!
Emailed support on Tuesday and got replied on Wednesday and said will resent the confirmation # to email but wait for 1 day - until today - no email
Is it take a whole day to sent?
I am wondering now if this web site is legit or even this company??
Just send another email with the photos that I cropped from the web site to them and see if there are any reply - if not for my child, I will never buy anything from a site that I dont know

I purchased the Setelle Shan staff from Artsabers back in February of this year, and I’d like to share my experience. The shipping was quick. I received the saber within a week and a half, shipped from Hong Kong. Out of the box, one of the hilts buttons were defective. I contacted Artsabers requesting help. Their responses would come once every 24 hours or so. They sent me instructional videos so I could try to fix the saber myself. After disassembling the saber, I discovered that the upper portion of the chassis, which has the button board, was defective. A piece of plastic had broken off from the inside along with the retention screw that holds this part of the chassis in place. I took videos of this, and sent them to Artsabers. Again, having to wait 24 hours for a response, they sent me a photo of the chassis asking me to look for missing screws. At this stage, I requested an exchange, or a refund. They did not respond this time. So, I left a comment on a review of this specific saber. The YouTuber was kind enough to contact Artsabers on my behalf. i did not ask him for help, but he did anyway. I received an email from Artsabers informing me that they would send a new chassis. This of course would require me to re wire the top part of the chassis to the emitter. In my opinion, this was unacceptable. I responded requesting an exchange. Their response, again a day later, provided me with contact information for a repair man. They do not pay for shipping. So I had to ship my saber off to have it repaired. It was just returned to me the other day, after a month turn around. Not once during my email exchanges with Artsabers did they apologize, or take accountability for their defective product. Not once. If it hadn’t been for a kind YouTuber, I would have been stuck with a $350 paper weight. What do you guys think of this? Based on my experience with Artsabers, I would not recommend them. Thumbs down.
Terrible support, absolute disrespect toward customers, and blatant violation of basic consumer rights.
My first order of 2 lightsabers, placed a few months ago, arrived fairly quickly. However, the gyroscope in one broke after just a month. Their support has been completely silent for an unacceptable amount of time and refuses to respond.
Second issue: after they updated their website, they wiped out all order history along with old accounts. They flat-out refused to restore anything, showing zero respect for their customers.
Another issue: due to a glitch on their site (which they fixed within 30 minutes), I was able to apply multiple coupons and place an order for $0. I received full order confirmation. A few days later, they canceled it without any explanation. Instead of owning their mistake and standing behind their system failures, they chose to silently delete the order like nothing happened.
This company clearly has no integrity, no accountability, and no respect for its customers. Avoid them unless you’re ready to waste your time and money.
Costumer support from Artsabers
After having a positive experience ordering from Artsabers, I was contacted with an offer to leave a review on a few sites with proof to get a free mystery lightsaber. I saw the offer and said sure, I'll leave a review detailing my experience which was, apart from wrong information regarding a question and long shipping time (which was disclosed to be fair) positive.
They asked me to leave a review on Trustpilot, Google, Froms and Facebook, which I did, and sent them the submission proof on their review and company mail. No response for 10 days until I said I would go public with our exchange, when they responded by telling me to send them my full name, shipping address and phone number. That was on April 29th. Today is May 24th and I have sent them multiple mails trying to reach them to no response, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would deliver on their promise.
I have no problem with me not getting the free lightsaber, I don't care about it, but it is the principle that infuriates me to no end. Why promise something that you will not deliver on. Maybe they think people will forget and leave the positive reviews, and I am here to warn people not to leave them as they will get NOTHING!
Worse than that, it is their abhorrent costumer support that bothers me. They did absolutely nothing to help a costumer that did not spend a small amount of money on their merchandise, actively ignoring me contacting them about something THEY SENT ME.
Also the merchandise they sell is probably not theirs as I have suspicions they are dropshippers which doesn't make them stand out in the slightest in the current market.
I would recommend shopping in an alternative lightsaber shop, as they will deliver, but if any service is needed, it will be wrong or non-existent.

I own six lightsabers - everything from Master Replicas, Disney, Saber Forge, and a few others I don't remember. My new Artsabers Obi-Wan is by far my favorite and brightest of them all. Even in daylight it looks amazingly true to the movies! It is super easy to navigate all the features once you learn the few steps of how to manipulate it. I love the different ignition choices and blade colors, as well as the funky ones that do a wild rainbow effect. My favorite is burst ignition with the green blade - it's amazing!! The saber itself it pure beauty and has a super solid build. It runs on a standard Lithium Ion battery (I think) like those that come in a vape mod. It also a plethora of sound fonts that are movie accurate, along with some really wild sounds!! The volume is adjustable from low to high and also muted, which is very handy. In my pictures I used my 2nd brightest saber - my Kylo Ren - and you can see my Artsabers just beats it on everything brightness-wise and color-wise. By far and away, my Artsabers Obi-Wan is the best "bang for the buck" sabers I have owned in 20 years of saber collecting!! Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger - you won't regret it!!
