Ordered the gloss inkjet fixation that arrived quickly. Can is marked as gloss but when used was actually matt. I can only assume it was a cock up at the factory.

Customer service helpful with damaged item.
I bought an empty pencil tin which was damaged on arrival. I contacted Artifolk and they sent me a replacement, but that was damaged as well, I contacted them again and they sent me a second replacement with more packing material and it arrived in perfect condition.
