Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated this for you and can see 1 item was out of stock on your order but the item that was in stock had been sent to you straight away. We aim to send out our customer orders the same working day as they are placed, (if the item is in stock). I can see the back-order item has been cancelled. Bought the Bob Ross paints on the presumption the canvasses would be available in due course. Now I learn the canvasses have been discontinued. Bought the paints thinking everything would be available in the future as on the website it states DUE IN SOON. Never mind you live and learn.

Good experience referring to two orders on line.

The first for PanPastel Landscape set - this work well and I had it in quick time.
The second was for 20 way PanPastel Pallet - this had just gone out of stock but I received an email telling me this and offering alternatives on the same ordering day which was very prompt handling of the situation. This was kept on back order for me and I have just received it today - yes it took a week or so- but I know it was sent immediately stock was in. Very good show !

Artifolk have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not all of the items I ordered were available immediately and they kept me totally up to date, emailing me with updates. All of the items were packaged well. I highly recommend Artifolk.

You sent an email saying the item was out of stock, but you didn't let me know when it would be in stock and when you could despatch it, I waited 2 weeks and still heard nothing from you. In the end I had to phone you. Customer service is totally unacceptable. I will not be ordering from you again.
