New Cutlery Set
I happened to visit the AP website when the summer savings promotion was on and because this was a such a good offer I decided to order a new set of cutlery. After placing my order I received a confirmation email which offered the option of choosing a specific delivery date so I did. My order arrived on time, securely packaged and each item within the outer box was individually wrapped. The quality of the cutlery is excellent, feels good in the hand and looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the 'boxed' set I'd ordered actually included a lovely wooden canteen in which to store the cutlery, I had't expected this and assumed that the 'box' would simply be a cardboard one! Though I had originally ordered 8 place settings, I immediately placed a second order to top it up to 12 so that I could fill up the lovely canteen - probably not a deliberate sales ploy by Arthur Price but it certainly worked with me! Excellent goods and service, I will be checking back in future to see what other lovely items I can find.

I purchased several sets of cutlery
I purchased several sets of cutlery online. The design itself was simple, but elegant (Vista), ideal for everyday and special-occasion use.
The price was competitive with other brands and even stock supermarket cutlery, especially with the sales promotion discount, and the delivery was quick.
Admittedly there were minor issues with a couple of pieces, but Arthur Price customer service was excellent and provided replacements without a problem.
Overall an excellent experience and excellent product.
Highly Recommended.
