No Label
Perhaps i am being a little harsh in that the blanket arrived promptly the day after ordering, and the blanket does feel soft, light and warm, But i bought this blanket as a wedding gift and i did expect a label, or bag, or box, or something to indicate the quality of the blanket, and washing instructions. I appreciate that Laipaca don't waste resources, but a lable doesn't use much eh!

We’re sorry to hear that the care label and washing instructions were missing from your blanket. Every Laipaca blanket is normally supplied with a care label and washing instructions, so it appears these were unfortunately lost before delivery.
We deliberately keep our packaging simple and only use protective packaging that ensures our blankets arrive safely, even if they are left outside in the rain during delivery.
We’ve sent the care instructions and a copy of the label to your email so you can pass them on to the recipient of your gift.

Very happy with my blankets
Very happy with my blankets. Soft and warm. Feels nice with the natural feel of the wool. Much better than a nylon blanket.

Delivered very quickly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size - totally my fault. Customer service were very helpful - I took it to the Huboo courier rather than posting - and the return and refund processed immediately. Can't really comment on the blankets but rest assured you are dealing with decent people if you need a return.

Everything is positive about this stuff!
Their rapid delivery is impressive and the blanket is great. Be careful when deciding the size. The larger ones are suitable for chair covers and the smaller ones are good for cover in a cool room

Laipaca blankets - great product
I can only recommend you check these guys out. I was very impressed with the product which had a slight issue and once emailed, same day response, issue addressed and offered some money off. Great customer service from a friendly team.
