Arsenal is a great football club with a fantastic history.The website is easy to use and looks ok, however:

1 - The quality of clothing is poor. For example, a £70 body warmer is what you will pay and the club can't even be bothered to use a 'woven' logo rather than a 'grey' ironed on one. That just shows how tacky football clothing is and Arsenal extort this to the max. The simple insertion of a gold cannon would go a long way to making items more classy. Who honestly thought a 'grey' iron on logo would look nice?

2: The website doesn't feel smooth. Very stuck together, especially the store element.

3: 'My account' member zone is pointless. Zero information or personalization to the membership you have.

Arsenal are declining just as badly off the pitch as they are on.

The ticket ballot system appears to be totally unfair, at best. As a red member, I've attended 10+ matches per season for 15 years. This season AFC have let me buy 1 ticket from 10 ballot applications. My son and I used to enjoy attending several matches together, but this has now become a thing of the past.

My son has young gun friends who've only been members for 2 years, yet have been offered 7 tickets from 9 applications. It's so disappointing that the club have turned their back on loyal fans!

Also, don't get me started on the silver waiting list. After 15 years of idle platitudes, it's clear the system is not working.

Would give zero stars but can't. Ticket ballot is absolute joke. Entered ballot five times and zero success. Been silver member for years and this is by far the worst it has ever been trying to get tickets. The only thing that has worked is the club quickly taking our money for the membership in the first place. C'mon Arsenal, look after your fans!!

Ticketing system is total garbage and not fit for purpose.
I have red membership and it is impossible to secure any tickets. They have introduced a ballot system for basically every game but if you are a red membership holder you can forget about getting any tickets.
The web system itself is also total rubbish - always showing tickets that are no longer available or showing a refresh fault.
Ticketing system wasn’t great last season but even that was much better than the current system.

Ticketing system is a joke. Ticket exchange an even bigger joke! Clubs become a tourist attraction selling out. I’ve been going years and no progress on membership from red to silver or even season ticket. My kids are at an age now where they don’t understand why we can’t go like I used to also.

Yet I can always by an over inflated ticket on a third party website.

The app and experience is awful. One minute I'm being told that I can't access the URL. Then I've been blocked. Then it's working. Trying to use ticket transfer to a member in my network doesn't work, might work. Just invited a family friend to create an account - when he clicks on the link it says 'there has been an unexpected error'. Please return to ticket home to browse again. If problem persists contact customer service. All he is trying to do is verify his account so that I can transfer ticket.

Given the new system, if my son and I only get 0 to 1 chance of game tickets, I will not be renewing the membership. Why give them free money for nothing in return. We'll see how this pans out for the season. As for ticket exchange, it is impossible to deal with the bots. I have seen tickets come up and within seconds have tried to purchase them and they are gone. To see tickets for hundreds, if not over a grand on sites, and to then see empty seats during games, it is a joke. I personally think that with the ballot system, anyone who was previously successful, should then be taken off the next round or rounds, to increase other peoples chances of actually getting tickets and then when all are successful, start again. Best thing to do, would be to organise a 5k run, and the first 60 thousand would get a ticket.

I have the same experience as Mike, I have been on the waiting list for 10 years and my place in the list didn’t move a single place this season. The ticketing system is a disgrace, it still allows bots to buy tickets but blocks real supporters getting access. This week the ticket system, which is run by ticketmaster, has been showing loads of tickets available for the Man U game but when you click on them they art not actually there. This is not because I am too slow as the same tickets keep appearing time and time again. There is even one that shows in a yellow box with a yellow star against it in block 32, what is that all about?? I met somebody at a game who had bought their ticket through live tickets direct, how are you letting this happen Arsenal? There are also still touts outside Arsenal station buying and selling tickets!! Arsenal also need to look at the overseas official agents. Arsenal say the price of tickets is inflated as flights are included, this is not the case, in most cases the only additional benefit they offer is a £15 Uber and food vouchers. example Champion Travel ticket against spurs 967 euros in club level. Come on Arsenal sort these problems out so that real fans can watch their team play!!

We have been on the waiting list for season tickets for 14 years. In February we were told where we were on the waiting list. Having renewed for another year, we are in exactly the same place. No response to the emails querying this.
My wife has been an Arsenal supporter for 50 years. When her father died, his name was in the programme. Thierry sent a signed photo to her mum on her 80th birthday. Tony Adams sent her a handwritten letter regarding his book.
It is an absolute joke of a club now!

Build a user friendly app that works!!! I want to sign up to red level so I can enter ballot etc but app is useless. I signed up my son as a junior gunner and now app keeps saying I am wrong age to sign up myself as a red member!!

Just trying to get a membership, never mind a ticket! Damn near impossible, insists that I am a bot!! I’m not a Spur’s fan, let me join 😂 Reading the reviews, it’s quite frankly hilarious that Arsenal are posting their own intermittent 5* reviews which are so obviously untrue among all the 1 & 2* reviews. Embarrassing.

The worst app I've ever used ,an absolute disgrace and shows exactly what arsenal think of their fans . I've had a season ticket for over 20 years and feel like I've been taken for an idiot with the quality of this app . It doesn't matter what you try to do it just sends you round in circles, locks you out for being a bot and doesn't send email links to anyone regardless of how many times it says it has. Try adding a friend to transfer your ticket to and it says they don't exist despite them having a membership, then won't send them an email to confirm there identity...

Ticketing system - over complex and designed without adequate input from fans. Frankly, the whole membership scheme had become a rip off:
1. You effectively pay for “right m” to enter ballot for ticket.
2. Chances of getting a ticket in ballot are not clear.
3. Cannot even specify what price category you are prepared to pay in the ballot (it really isn’t that hard - Lords and the Oval have run ballots for international fixtures for years, and I don’t know of another premier league club with such a system)
4. Can no longer specify where you want to sit. Why not have a ballot that at least allows you to specify three areas in priority order - can you computer system not cope with that?
5. Adding fees to ticket prices is just a rip off - especially when the system is so poor.
6. Can’t even transfer tickets to friends and family unless one is a gold/season ticket member. For those of us who have been going with friends or family for years this may be the final straw.
I guess when the team is doing well and demand outstrips supply the club doesn’t care, but if this situation changes (as it will do at some point), the club will need to change tune quickly…so why not do the right thing by loyal fans and do it now?

Websie experience was absolutely atrocious. All I wanted to do was buy a shirt and deliver to a colleague as a gift. You can't just order as a guess you need an account. The it takes you to amazon pay because you can't just pay buy card wilhich resets your amazon accounts. Then, after going through these hurdles it crashed mid payment and failed but still sent a payment check fee to my account of £1 so now I don't know if I'm.going to be charged or not. Finally, when I tried to call.up, its a staff training day so I'm sat wondering what on earth is going on. An absolutely shocking experience that left me deeply annoyed.

After experiencing technical Issues with Arsenals ticket exchange service, I rang up the box office and was assisted by Chris, After investigating the technical Issue I was experiencing with ticket exchange, (I had spent 4 hours constantly refreshing the ticket exchange page in hope of a ticket and when one finally came up I couldn’t purchase a ticket)

Chris was extremely helpful and sympathized with me over the technical issue I was experiencing
And was able to book me tickets over the phone. Chris is honestly a real credit to Arsenal football club and replicates what true customer service Is!!!
