Up/Citigo/Mii Poor Attachment
The method of attachment to the Up/Citigo/Mii range is poor because the handbrake cover is quite a loose fit on these cars. There needs to be an additional metal plate to make the installation suitably secure. I have already highlighted this to your technical department.

Great quality armrest, but needed a bit of work to fit it
Great personal customer service. Nacho answered my questions via email promptly and clearly prior to the purchase. The armrest itself (mine was the top spec Armster 2 at £110) is good quality for the price.
The only reason this isn't a five star review is that I had to "modify" the separate base part with a hacksaw as it was just too tall. However once I had got it all fixed in place I've found that it is sturdy and really looks good in my car.
Don't let this last part put you off though, as Nacho offers free returns if you don't think it is suitable, so long as you don't start to put it together, or fit it.
