I was looking for a new quality sink and tap for our kitchen renovation and found Appliance House online. Their selection of appliances were well detailed on their website and the prices very competitive. My order was easily placed and I received the goods well packaged in perfect condition within a few working days. I was informed of the delivery date and the company gave an accurate time window. Excellent service over all.

Company did what they said they would do
Free delivery to my house was only possible on Tuesdays or Thursdays both of which were not convenient hence perhaps 4.5 stars is that was possible.
So I arranged to pick up the appliance at the company's warehouse. This went as planned and the appliance is installed and working - so happy with that.

All was great till we discovered a fault.
All was great till we messaged about a faulty oven on install day - 2 days after delivery day. Just told it must be install and directed straight to Samsung via a link to troubleshoot. Disappointing given experience up to that point. Not been able to use oven.

From experience, we usually find that issues on installation are not due to a fault with the appliance itself but with the install. That’s why our team initially directed you to Samsung’s troubleshooting support. However, my colleague has also confirmed that once we receive the product information from your first unit, we can arrange a replacement if necessary.

Excellent price with a service to match.
I needed to order a high value Perrin & Rowe replacement filter tap and was initially attracted by the substantial price difference (30%) between this company and other retailers who offered no discount on RRP. My only concern was with money in hand they would announce the "in stock" item would take a few weeks to deliver. I needn't have worried as the item was received within a couple of days. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.

Very Disappointed – No Clear Delivery Date and Poor Resolution
I placed an order with this company based on their assurance of a two-week delivery timeframe. After waiting, I was informed that the item was delayed due to “external factors.” The most frustrating part was that they could not provide any clear timeframe for when the item would be delivered — not a new estimate, not even an approximate window. Essentially, they had no idea when or if the product would arrive.
This put me in a very difficult position as I had already made arrangements for installation. When I raised my concerns, the company’s solution was simply to cancel the order, refund my payment, and offer a small discount on a future purchase. While a refund is expected in this situation, the lack of accountability, the refusal to cover any of the costs I had already incurred, and the absence of a proper resolution left me extremely dissatisfied.
I understand that delays can happen, but what I cannot accept is the poor communication, the lack of transparency, and the unwillingness to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the customer. A company should not advertise a delivery timeframe if they cannot stand by it.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would advise others to be very cautious about relying on their stated delivery times, especially if you are making any arrangements that depend on them keeping their promises.

The item you ordered was out of stock at the time, so delivery was arranged directly from the manufacturer. An initial delivery date of two weeks was provided, however unfortunately the manufacturer was unable to fulfil the order to this timeframe.
As we could not provide a clear delivery date and were not in a position to meet your required timescales, we took the decision to cancel and fully refund your order so that you had the option to source an alternative unit elsewhere. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially with installation already arranged, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption caused.
While delays can sometimes occur when working with manufacturers, we completely accept that our communication should have been clearer and more transparent throughout the process. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve on this going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery. At the time of your order, our website showed that delivery would take place from August 26th, which is when your glass hob was delivered.
While we do offer next day delivery on many of our smaller items, larger and more fragile products like glass hobs require extra care in transit. This means delivery can take a little longer to make sure your item arrives safely and in perfect condition.

My American style freezer delivery kept outside the house and delivery person ran away without informing .I was very difficult to bring inside the house without any help.

Good price, confusion re delivery
Price was good and delivery time OK. A bit confusion over delivery as initially email stated delivery scheduled for Monday. When no contact from delivery company called to be told delivery was Thursday. Appliance House admitted their error.
