Fantastic service from Appliance House! Ordered a Franke sink from Appliance House on Friday 11th, and initially received an email saying delivery was expected within 10-14 working days and that I should call for an update on 25th. This initially made me anxious, having read some reviews about other similar companies. However, within half an hour I received a further email saying that delivery had been arranged direct from suppliers and the sink would arrive by Wednesday 16th - it actually arrived on Saturday 12th!!! Superb service and I would definitely recommend them.

Thank you for your review. However, we believe there may have been a mix-up as the item you purchased from us was an EVOline Backflip Socket, not a washing machine.

Franke Mixer Taps at best price and fast.
My Franke Zurich mixer taps were the best price I could find on the net, in stock and the expected delivery date as good as any other giving free delivery. The order arrived on the expected day and securely packaged. I was disappointed by the lack any tracking information, however it did arrive by DPD on the expected day. I think that paying by PayPal may have affected the order completion details. Anyway I still rate it a 5 star service on price and delivery and would be happy to use them again.

A day late on delivery which normally…
A day late on delivery which normally would mean a 4* but I had a query regarding the warranty on my purchase. My question was answered in a professional friendly way by the person who answered the phone which brings their score back to 5*. The item was as described and sent well packed at a good price. I can't ask for more.

Took my money for a quooker extension…
Took my money for a quooker extension hose and said I'd receive it 2 to 3 days. Then 2 days later emailed me saying they had no stock. I rang to look for a solution and they informed me they had no stock of any of the extension hoses

I didn’t like the way they took payment for something they didn’t have in stock so had to wait nine days for delivery. I wouldn’t put my trust in this company again!
