Great to drive. Toilet fabulous overnight. Shower small but usable in a pinch. Bed comfortable. Fridge and stove cosy but enough if camping 🏕. Would do again.

Thanks Donna! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your Apollo Euro Mini.
1. The front end and steering were appalling. Steering wheel was 30degrees off centre. Front left shock sounded like it was broken even at low speed the rattling was very loud. 2. The side step was missing meaning that there was significant step to be negotiated - we are both in our 70s and this was dangerous. 3. The aircon leaked down the left rear wall and window, dripping onto bedding. This obviously happened before as black tape had been used on joints. 4. There was no glass turntable in the microwave. 5. There were no written instructions on the use of the toilet and the pick up hand over was rushed. 6. Hand brake was useless and had to be rotated through 45degrees to become marginally effective. 7. Couldn't connect phones to nav system. (Android phones).

Hi Andrew, we are very sorry to hear that you experienced several technical malfunctions and some missing items with your camper during your trip. We understand that problems like these can cause considerable inconvenience, disrupt your travel plans and impact your overall experience. Ensuring our vehicles are in excellent working order is paramount, and it is clear that wasn't the case in your situation. We take all feedback regarding vehicle performance and safety extremely seriously. Our team is dedicated to rigorous maintenance and pre-rental inspections to prevent such occurrences. Your feedback will be passed onto our team to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests.
It was too compact for us & not being able to walk through to front seats meant there was nowhere to sit if the bed was made up. Also no step to get into camper was very difficult.

Hi Sue, thanks for your review. The Euro Mini is one of our compact campers, but if you need something a little bigger next time, the Euro Tourer or Euro Plus would be perfect. Both have an additional dinette at the front of the camper so if you'd like to leave the rear bed set up, you still have somewhere to sit. We hope to see you again!
