We have just had a wood Venetian blind and shutters supplied and fitted in our living room. Very impressed with the quality and fit. Rob and Anita are lovely to deal with, would highly recommend. This is the second time we have ordered blinds from Apollo Blinds. We are attempting one room at a time! We will definitely be ordering again.

We recently had new blinds fitted for our bifold doors by Apollo Blinds, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Stuart, our fitter, was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job - he has now fitted our whole house. The quality of the blinds and the installation were both perfect. Highly recommend Apollo Blinds.

Stuart discussed our requirements and options at home, order was placed and everything went smoothly and according to plan.

After five months of constant excuses, I didn't receive some of the blinds I ordered. Placed the order in November, but by April, Ben ended up cancelling it. On two occasions, one of the blinds failed quality control, leading to a delay of over three months. As for the second blind, repeated errors in measurements from the manufacturers caused further setbacks. Communication was shocking as I had to keep chasing for an update. I was given back 10% of the value of the blind that never arrived, but quite frankly, it wasn't worth it considering all the agro caused

We recently had vertical blinds fitted in both our dining room and living room. The blinds are made from good quality materials and Ryan was informative,helpful and kind all throughout the process. We will definitely use Ryan and Apollo Blinds again.

From initial contact to aftersales; the service has been incredible and very positive. Stuart answered my many queries, swiftly. On initial fitting Stuart noticed a discrepancy with some blinds and sent those back to the manufacturer to be replaced. Great attention to detail, quality blinds and friendly service. A great experience.

I recently contacted Paul Kirby at Apollo Blinds to report a blind that had stopped working. He replied promptly saying he would get somebody to come round and have a look to see if there was anything that could be done. True to his word he contacted Glenn Wilkins who arranged a home visit.
He methodically went through all the possibilities it could be and found it was the remote that was causing the problem. Luckily, he had a matching one in his van and the blind was soon working again to my utmost joy.
He told me that, despite the blind being out of the warranty period, there would be no charge.
All in all an uplifting experience with such pleasant people.

So disappointed with Apollo blinds. My wife rang last week and booked an appointment for Monday 17th for someone to measure for
Blinds for whole house was promised visit at 10 am My wife took a days holiday off work only to find Apollo had text at 7.30am to say they could not make the appointment . Did not see text until 9.20 cannot understand why they waited until today when they have had all week to cancel. It has been a waste of a days holiday for her. Why do companies make arrangements only to cancel at the last minute

Alan was great at advising what he thought would work best for my house. He was extremely polite and flexible with my work schedule which I really appreciated. The turnaround was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Apollo blinds Macclesfield - I'd give zero stars if I could for the service the manager Nick Clough has given me. I spoke to him to measure up some blinds in my apartment after the old ones (also from Apollo) had broken. He agreed and would coordinate with my tenants. 2 months of chasing him and him telling me he had scheduled and rescheduled to go over 2 different times only for him to finally send me an email saying 'I no longer cover this area, so unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to help you on this occasion'

Absolutely disgusting service - spoken to Apple blinds the next day they had a measurement sorted the next week!

Being a previous Apollo Blinds customer, I had no hesitation in contacting Rob to quote us for new shutters for our living room bay window. Rob managed the fitting appointment, quotation and final fitting brilliantly. On the fitting day our shutters were installed within a few hours and they look beautiful. I will always recommend Apollo and Rob to anyone looking for a professional and reliable blind fitting service.

Absolutely delighted with George in the Cadzow Street branch of Apollo Blinds. My mother and I both ordered different styles of blinds (Twilight and semi opaque rollers) for two different homes and found George friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We left the shop confident that with his helpful advice we had ordered blinds that suited our requirements. He promptly came to measure the windows and our blinds arrived from the manufacturer earlier than expected. George expertly fitted the blinds within minutes and did a thoroughly professional job. All the blinds are made with quality materials and beautifully finished to a high standard exactly as expected.
