Excellent Customer service from start to finish
Rob and Anita advise you on your requirements in a calm, professional and experienced manner.
Unintrusive fitting and a very reasonable price for both the high quality blinds and fitting.
Customer Service is second to none.
Don't bother with other blind companies, go straight to Rob and Anita!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Rob at Apollo Blinds. When he came to measure for a quote he gave me good advice about what style and colour of blind to use in each room. When fitting the blinds he did this with great care, paying real attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new blinds.

Grant does a great job
Grant has done three jobs for us now, putting up blinds, curtains, and an electric awning and has always done a fabulous job. Exceptional. Not much else to say, other than the fact Stuart arrived on time, installed and set-up four electrically operated blinds and departed in 2 hours. Magic!

From the initial consultation through to the fitting of the blinds ( which incidentally are fantastic), Alan has been very helpful and informative. Organised for this company to come around today between 1 and 3. Had an emotional appointment before booked 12 while 1. I was contacted at 12 by Apollo blinds to ask could they visit my reply no I have an appointment at 12. At 1pm Apollo blinds arrived at my home. My husband asked him to come back in 5 mins. However he left. When contacting Apollo blinds I was told ‘we don’t work like that and it is upsetting when we are told to come back in 5 minutes’ On that basis poor service if they can’t wait 5 minutes!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, however we do feel it’s important to clarify the circumstances.
Your appointment was booked and confirmed for 1:00pm, and you were contacted prior to the visit to confirm this time. Our Franchisee arrived promptly at 1:00pm as agreed.
We understand from the situation that multiple companies had been booked for surveys around the same time. When our Franchisee arrived, he was asked to return in five minutes. Unfortunately, due to a full schedule of pre-booked appointments throughout the day, we are unable to wait or leave and return, as this impacts other customers who are expecting us at their allocated times.
We pride ourselves on being punctual and respectful of our customers’ time, and in this instance we attended exactly as arranged. For this reason, we do not feel this review fairly reflects the service provided.
We are always happy to rebook appointments where possible and would have been glad to arrange another suitable time.
Business Premises measure and installation
Matthew was very good at putting us at ease when visited our busy office. Plenty of choice in blinds good costs and helpful in guiding us to best solution for our premises. On fitting very good at working at our premises whilst staff going about daily work ,very clean and tidy and nothing was any trouble at all.
Would recommend his company to other local business no problem.

This is a family run business that is based on amazing communication and service . They know their stuff and are so helpful in choosing the right thing for you. The fitter (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond - he actually hand painted brackets for me . 5 star plus
