Never buy from them.

This is a company you should definitely avoid. The scooters they sell are of very poor quality, and within a short time, you’ll start experiencing battery and range issues, as well as engine problems. When you contact customer service to request repairs under warranty, they never respond. You simply can’t get anyone to talk to.

Worst experience EVER

Worst experience EVER. the delivery people didn’t follow directions and the scooter was taken from out front step. That was my daughters big christmas gift ordered it in the end of november..here we are April 1st and they are still doing their investigation? What more do you need? The delivery driver got it wrong and someone stole my order and now I’m sitting here no scooter and you want me to jump through all these hoops for $160 get bent. worst company to EVER deal with.

Was advised to send back to either repair or replace my daughter's scooter. This was done by DPD delivery email of tracking was informed by myself, I have sent emails continuously asking for updates on scooter. 4 months have past still no reply

I purchased a scooter for my son from AOVOPRO In March 2025, after riding it once the back wheel was broken and the battery wouldn’t hold it charge so I asked for a refund, this was refused and I was told they will send me a new part, I told them I wanted a refund and then got ignored. I was persistent and bombarded them with emails daily! Several months later I still wansnt getting anywhere and when they did reply all I got was “we send you refurbished scooter” fast forward to May 2025, they sent me a UK address to send the scooter back to which I drove 2 hours to personally take it myself, I let AOVOPRO know that I had given it to said UK shop and heard nothing! Again I emailed almost everyday and the odd reply but these were far and few between. Fast forward again to November 2025, the (un)trusted “Figo” actually got back to me and said he would send me a refurbished one, I thought great, so I waited and waited! Still continuously email them with yet again, hardly no replies and if I did get the odd reply I would have to explain everything again Figo told me I couldn’t have a refund as I was out of my “returns window” No shit Sherlock!!! I got nowhere with them, it’s now Feb 2026, I went back to the UK shop who sent me the scooter back to them (this shop isn’t anything to do with AOVOPRO) and asked them again to contact them for me which they had done for me over the last 11 months! FINALLY in March 2026 a year after emailing them over 200 emails over the year I received my refurbished scooter!
If you are thinking of buying from this company I would think again, I’m sure the scooter you buy is ok and not faulty you will be fine but if you need to return you will have no chance with them! They have no returns policy, you can only contact them Hong Kong time a few hours of the day, which for us in the UK is very early in the morning! I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I’ve had to go through but persistence paid off in the end after 1 year of trying!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! TOTAL SCAM!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE SCOOTER THAT DOES NOT TURN ON AND STARTED IGNORING MY EMAILS WHEN I ASKED FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!! THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AND I SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT OF THEIR RETURN POLICY STATING THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF SHIPPING COSTS IF THEY ARE AT FAULT. THEY ARE AT FAULT 100% IN MY CASE AND STILL HAD THE NERVE TO TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY. I AM NOW OUT OF MY MONEY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased two of these bikes for my…

I purchased two of these bikes for my kids. Both worked fine on the first ride, but when I tried to charge them afterward, one battery would not charge at all.

I troubleshot the issue myself by swapping the batteries between the bikes. The bike worked perfectly with the other battery, which confirmed the issue was 100% a defective battery.

I contacted the company and sent them photos and videos explaining the problem. After going back and forth, they finally agreed the battery was defective and told me they would send a replacement.

That was over a month ago.

Since then I have sent multiple messages asking for an update and have received no response at all. The company has completely ghosted me after acknowledging their defective product.

Now I’m stuck with a $500 bike that my child cannot use, and replacement batteries for this model are not readily available anywhere else.

At this point, I will be exploring consumer protection options, including filing a chargeback and submitting complaints with consumer review platforms, because a company should stand behind its product and honor what it promises to customers.

If you’re considering buying from this company, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Il doit être remplacé par un produit présentant les mêmes caractéristiques et notamment être neuf.

Or, un produit reconditionné est un produit d’occasion (article R. 122-4 du code de la consommation) qui ne bénéficie pas des mêmes conditions de mise en œuvre de garantie qu’un produit neuf.

Par ailleurs, je vous rappelle que les expressions “ état neuf ”, “ comme neuf ”, “ à neuf ” ou toute mention équivalente ne peuvent être utilisées pour un produit ou une pièce détachée qualifié de “ produit reconditionné ” ou accompagné de la mention “ reconditionné ” (article R. 122-5 du code de la consommation).

DO NOT buy , the box they are delivered in are better quality f
these are the worst on the market , brought for xmas present both scooters failed with in 10 days , expect us to replace batteries which 3 months on still have not arrived , wont honour warranty then stop replying to emails , or replace, fortunate purchased with credit card so refund is on its way

Son scooter from wheel motor went on…

Son scooter front wheel motor went on his e scooter customer service said they'll send a new wheel never heard off them again they ghost your emails, my other son had a e scooter and the stem broke at the base guess what no reply from customer service got to be undoubtedly the shittest company iv come across, oh and if theres any good reviews you must of taken the money they offer for good reviews, if you know you know, this happen a year ago and its still on going

Received scooter straight with error, customer service terrible, they send me new throttle which I must change myself after that is still shows error after that I send scooter back and they absolutely gone ignoring and no scooter no money.... From buying almost month...

Terrible quality and even worse cust service

My scooter was ridden less than 10 times when it began giving me an error message and shutting down while riding. I bought an extended warranty, but they refused to cover due to the scooter being under manufacturer warranty for a year. Aovopro initially wrote me back and stated I had to go through the retailer, after which I showed them the email from the retailer about 1 year manufacturer warranty. They completely ignored me from that point forward.

Bad,poor,avoid

Do not bother buying a scooter from these. Their customer service is appalling. No one ever gets bk to you. Also had two scooters that have both snapped where they are made cheaply and still 2 months later I’m still waiting for a replacement one to be sent out as it’s under warranty. They have had the old scooter bk already and apparently they send me a refurbished scooter even tho it’s under warranty which I would thought would be replaced with a new scooter as not even a year old.

Je me bat avec eux pour renvoyer la trottinette et qu'il m'en renvoie une nouvelle

Cadran fendu en deux !

Le cadrant de ma trottinette s’est fendu en deux alors que je roulais normalement, après seulement trois mois d’utilisation. J’ai d’abord pensé avoir mal fermé le loquet dépliant, mais en m’arrêtant pour vérifier, j’ai constaté que le cadre se fendait littéralement en deux ! C’est inadmissible et irresponsable de produire de tels produits. Malgré mes relances par e-mail pour un retour, car la trottinette est toujours sous garantie, on m’a proposé un remplacement par un modèle reconditionné au lieu d’une nouvelle trottinette. J’ai logiquement décliné cette offre, mais je n’ai plus eu aucune réponse de leur part malgré mes relances. Après cette première expérience désastreuse et le remplacement proposé par une trottinette reconditionnée, je ne me sens pas en sécurité en utilisant leur produit. Je vous conseille vivement de vous tourner vers une autre marque.

Customer service is terrible

Purchased scooter in July.
Fault occurred after 4 months.
Company instructed me to return the scooter.
Scooter delivered to their warehouse on 10 December (FedEx proof available).
Over one month later, no replacement or refund received.
Multiple follow-up emails sent with no response.
Still waiting for resolution.

Worst customer service

Purchased scooter for son and this has now broke twice to the point it’s unusable. I have been trying to contact since the beginning of November regarding the warranty, and have been completely ignored. After purchase service regarding warranty is appalling. For the money spent it’s not worth it for a years use to then break. Two year warranty yet they ignore you when you try to claim for this. Have sent a formal complaint in yet still be ignored.
