Good customer service, they got back after my query with in 24hrs regards to shipping as had no update and refunded me on express delivery as took little longer than eta , bike was easy put together, it is quiet a heavy bike. Haven't used it but so far so good only down side trying to figure out bolts and screws for what bits ,need labels , also great It comes with big combination lock phone holder and bike pump 10/10 ebike guys

I have paid online from my bank account card and my worry now is if will it be delivered or dispatch?
Worst comes to worst, I am afraid I will be losing a decent amount of money!
Still waiting for any correspondence about my order!
If nothing happen next week, I will go to my bank and report it as a scam or fraud and get my money back!

I got this delivery 2 weeks ago. It was great goint to work for the first time. It went fast and I only went 3 miles. On the way home it lost power and I had to walk 3 miles with the scooter. They have a 30 day refund policy. I am getting nowhere. I have sent them the info they asked for but the keep asking me for the same info over and over again. I have even offered to pay for the return but I have heard nothing. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I WANT MY MY BACK PUNKRIDE.

I received my electric scooter in just over one week. It was easy to assemble, couple of things I was not sure about and customer service were so very helpful and advised me what to do. Customer Service were so very helpful from start to finish and much appreciated for fantastic service. YouTube very useful on showing the scooter which Customer Service told me about. Many Many thanks. Colin

Na een eindeloze mailwisseling van 20 berichten kreeg ik eindelijk reactie: ik mocht hem terugsturen, maar de verzendkosten van 90 euro moest ik zelf ophoesten. En dat voor een product dat gewoon onder de garantie valt! Dit bedrijf lapt de consumentenrechten aan hun laars. Onacceptabel, onprofessioneel en eens maar nooit weer. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en je geld: koop hier niets.

Recently purchased the Aovo Pro AP7 e-scooter from Punk ride for my commute to work since my car unfortunately died on me so I decided to go green for the moment. Given that the new legal rules for escooter on Irish roads is scooters at max 400watts or under I was a little hesitant at first that a scooter at 350watts would cater for my needs especially as my just job is 13km from my home. How wrong I was, yes it takes a bit longer given that scooters have to be limited to 25km/h but scooters have the extra benefit of being able to go where cars cant which means there is plenty of scope for short cuts and also my commute home is faster as I don't get caught up with the usual rush hour traffic like I did in my car which actually is saving me so much money with diesel, car tax, motor insurance etc, no longer an issue at moment. Their equipment is well made and very sturdy, reliable and really good value for money.
Any teething problems I had initially were quickly put to rest as the team at Punk ride have been so quick and courteous and extremely responsive in answering every question I've had and gave me a real sense that they actually care about their customers even after you've made the purchase and will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are not only helped but also satisfied with both their product and service as a whole. From my experience with this company I highly recommend them for whatever equipment you wish to purchase.

I purchased an elctric bicycle .The delivery was due.Also within few months according to some fault (without our fault ) I requested to sort it out.they sent the parts for it.but it's not succeed.I'm not happy about the service and I kindly requested a refund or new bicycle .but I didn't had any fair solution .

Neutral review based on experience purchasing a Zeegr F1 [Bluvall] E-bike. The sale and pre-sale information were good, a keen price and good web site info - best price around for a generic Chinese made eBike [they're all variants on a common rail design]. Shipping and delivery were timely and the product arrived in good condition. User and assembly instructions were woeful and based on a different eBike model - YouTube is your friend. A short test ride revealed an issue with the front fork assembly, it has stopped compressing and had seized. Then the pantomime as I started pursuing a warranty claim. Punkride played post-box between the Chinese OEM and myself as customer. The OEM seemed disbelieving that the item could be faulty, and kept asking for all manner of videos and photos showing a fault with a non-user serviceable item. The forks either work or they don't. Mine didn't. The preload button on the left fork is a placebo - I knew that, but the right fork with the compression adjustment had seized. Nearly 6 weeks of procrastinating followed with anonymous unsigned AI generated or AI enhanced Emails in reply to mine. All very polite, but tedious. Finally, and somewhat out of the blue, replacement forks arrived by courier. eBike is now fixed, but I had almost given up hope of that happening.
The bike itself? Common rail mass produced cheap far Eastern stuff. I'm not that naïve to think £869 is going to get me a high quality well-engineered product. But it works, and it's fun. But it's rough and ready quality, and weighs a ton! The throttle assembly was loose on the handlebar and came off, snapping the control wire with it - soldering iron out and some sleeving on the handlebar to secure the assembly. The brake pads on the 180mm hydraulic disks were useless and juddery. Replaced with £8 Shimano pads for double the braking effort than the OEM ones and judder free braking. The front light is useless - but good USB C rechargeable bike lights are cheap enough. The rear shock absorber was useless - replaced with something that works and is pre-load and rebound adjustable - £25 Ali Express special. The 7 speed Shimano derailleur gear assembly seemed counterfeit - the jockey wheel plain bearings failed after less than 300 miles - even the very cheap Shimano stuff lasts far longer. Hey, all of £13 to replace with the real deal. All screws and threads now have copperslip grease added as the rust-proofing of the bike is woeful and the ferrous materials are very low quality. They'll rust up solid after one winter without protection. The headset top bearing failed developing excessive play after 300 miles, but is easily replaced - a new one came with the replacement forks so is now fitted. The front Bafang motor has great torque for starting you off quickly on the roads, but just spins on any loose surface. There's no torque split front to rear or anything fancy, not for £869. After 8-10mph the front motor drops out anyway. The rear motor chugs along happily thereafter at higher speeds. Tyres wear very quickly on the road, but aftermarket road tyres are available if that's your thing. Range: with pedal assist around 40miles, with no assistance around 25miles. The Li-Ion battery capacity probably isn't what is stated in the literature, but it's a reasonable range for a very heavy bike with a lot of rolling resistance. If you want good range you don't by fat tyre dual motor eBikes weighing 40kg!
Would I buy one again? Absolutely, it's a cheap fun bike for mucking around on and great for trails and offroad. Be prepared to get your hands dirty and to fix small stuff as and when. At the price it is, consider buying a spare bike for parts if you want to get several years use out of it, as no reputable cycle shop will touch it or be able to source parts, and after a year or two it will be obsolete technology.

To be honest I was apprehensive at first with all the negative reviews but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. My ebike arrived within 3 days of ordering no issues whatsoever I'd 100% deal with punk ride again in the future

I’ve bought this scooter for my son just after Christmas and I was a little apprehensive because I’ve read some reviews about the service.
My son decided he wanted a different model and so I tried to cancel the order by email with customer service,Now the item was already on its way and I was advised just to not accept the order “or refuse it”and it would be returned and a refund would be given no problem.
They seemed to be a problem with the return as it seemed too take a very long time to get back to their warehouse “This needed to happen before they could issue a refund “
Anyway I was back and forth with customer service and they were professional and very polite and understand the frustration.
In the end they accepted it wasn’t good and not acceptable and gave my refund..whilst they chase up the courier or warehouse.
Whilst I can’t comment on the E-scooter..The company or Business are great to deal with and on the ball every step of the way.
I would use them again without hesitation.

In Sept i bought an electric step for my son and Unfortunately the scooter stopped functioning after two weeks.
And 4 months later we are still waiting for a solution. After sending several e-mails, pictures, video’s they are still not able to solve the issue. This should be very simple to solve; either repair, send us a new working product or a refund. Hopefully they will reach out and solve this.

Unfortunately, our sons scooter stopped functioning after two weeks and the solution they offered didn’t solve the problem. They keep apologizing over and over again, for 4 months now. However , they didn’t provide us with the right parts we asked for (this is what the repairshop told us we should get). The scooter broke within 2 weeks, which is still within the warranty period. We didn’t got our money back nor the option to return it with free shipmentcosts. This process has been all very dreadful.

har betalt 2400kr for et el løbehjul og det skulle have været der for 3 dage siden men kundeservice svarer mig men det er det samme hver gang hvornår får jeg min vare jeg har betalt for håber de fikser det ellers bliver jeg nød til at returnere den men håber snart den kommer🙏🙃

I bought this scooter with a seat, the seat didn't fit and I emailed several times but didn't get a response. I tried many emails and eventually received a response to return in the original packaging and if all was correct on receipt they will refund me. I never received the correct items as the seat was faulty to begin with and why would I keep such packaging to return. I still have not received any assistance and the scooter has been unfit for purpose, there is no after sales, no customer services and no refund when faulty goods are sent. I also found that the trains will not allow these scooters as they are a fire hazard which is also worrying.
In response to your reply. I have contacted your customer care many times in the past nearly four months and had one reply which was to fill a form in and nothing since. This has been a costly experience
