Ordered an integrated washing machine - required fairly urgently because ours had broken. I paid for fitting of the machine and removal of the old one.

When it arrived the fitters advised us that it was broken and had parts missing and they wouldn't be able to fit it - how this happens to a brand new machine I don't know. So, they re-ordered one and we waited another week.

They came back and fitted the new machine into our brand new kitchen, but did not fit it correctly, so it stuck out from the other appliances and ruined the aesthetic of the kitchen. The fitter left in a big hurry before we could pull him up on it. Unfortunately, it was not simply a case of pushing the machine back in.

So, back on the phone to AO for another half an hour and waited another week for an engineer to come out and finally fit the appliance correctly.

Not a good experience.

What a waste of time their customer service are. I have today tried to place an order with them using my AO finance account which I have had for several years. It wont let me login as I changed my mobile number a few months back. It keeps sending the verification code to my old number. So I have rang AO three times now just to be lied to and messed around. They tried to blame the finance company. I rang them, not a problem they have all my details and say the issue is AOs verification process. I ring AO back, who say they cant change it their end and put me through to another colleague who cant help. I then get put on to their Customer Service!! Thought that's who I was talking to.... Spent my entire lunch hour being messed around by AO who obviously don't want my business. In the end after listening to some decent AO tunes I hung us as I had to get back to work. Back to Amazon Prime it is then.....

This is the worse company to deal with I paid £39.99 for 5 star to have my old fridge/freezer removed and new one out packing I phoned them up and was told if I cancel the 5 star then my delivery would be £39.99 this is a con girl on phone was very rude and acting smart I will never go back to them again .

Well we’re to start I bought a tumble dryer and only had it for a couple of days and I’m finding faults already. It’s a condenser which collects water in a draw at the top and no where else. The tumble dryer is leaking from the back and all I’m getting from ao that they have to send an engineer out to check even though it’s in the 30 day check so within that time period I should be able to get an exchange for this one. Beko are so rude on the phone it’s unbelievable

Absolutely worst dishwasher i've ever had in over 40 years, I want to give it to the scrap man. Badly designed top tray for loading items most people use, doesn't take normal sized mugs or large glasses, everything topples over, have broken 2 glasses in 6 days of use. Doesn't take 12" dinner plates in lower basket, these block the middle wash arm which bang on the plates (more potential breakages). Does not clean properly used 2 hours wash and items came out dirty as though had only 15 minutes rinse. Trays are cheap and flimsy not versatile at all. Would give this machine away in a heartbeat. After 1 weeks use have already tried to give away. So very disappointed as previously used AO so many times and never before had a rubbish product before

I cannot believe that this happens in 2022. Was tracking my order all morning, till I was next up for delivery. While waiting, suddenly, my delivery tracking said that it cannot be delivered. I could not get to driver, even though they offer this service and Customers care, after 10 minutes, informed me that driver decided that it was difficult to park outside my apartment, so he dcided that he will not deliver. Ao cancelled my purchase and have bought elsewhere. never again!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered an integrated dishwasher with "installation". Guys turned up, removed the transport bolts outside the house (along with the packaging which had the crossbars in to raise the height) wheeled it in, then proceeded to tell me they couldn't install it as they only have a 15 minute window and this might take more. Took the crossbars with them. Got a relative to install, after removing crossbars from old machine (done loads before) and took 10 minutes. Instrument turned on, and isn't working. Was told refund for "installation" would be processed 3-5 days, and guess what, it wasn't! Had to call and they said it was an error and again another 3-5 days. Don't pay for installation whatever you do £100!!

I recently bought a washing machine from AO. It arrived broken and two weeks later I'm still waiting for a new machine. Although their customer service team are all very friendly and helpful their processes make a fault like this the customer's issue when it really shouldn't be. are you looking to buy a tv from AO.COM then be careful the saleman/women tell you that an iinsurance cover on your tv it it goes wrong and the engineers cant repair in your house they will replace the tv wrong they do not and eg. my remote stoped working the engineers sent me a new one what cost £9.23 on amazon and sent d/g a bill for £127.47 to d/g and they paid the bill the tv cost £159.

We had fridge delivered yesterday, cannot say how good the guys were, 10/10. Engaging, professional, and absolutely friendly. The next day, fridge wasn't offering water dispenser. Spoke to the most amazing young lady, who went over and above! Wish I'd have asked her name. This company has amazing staff to be proud of.

Awful....bad service, awful delivery experience with fridge left at front door, unprofessional customer services and expensive. AVOID....others much better : very, argos, curry's, John Lewis. Great choice elsewhere...never AO again!

I placed an order on May 13th. I have not had my order and I have left this company 3 messages asking for delivery status. 2 voicemails and 1 email.

I have not heard back from them. Really poor customer service. If the delivery is delayed or there is a problem, the least they could do is contact and let me know.

I now have to go down the root of trying to get my money back from them and order my item from elsewhere.

I can’t see me getting any response or refund from them. I would absolutely avoid this company.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!! Sat in inside all day in a freezing cold bare house (just purchased and it's not move in ready yet) with a 2 week old ill baby only to not have my £1400 worth of goods delivered
No communication, No phone call, the tracking link did not work, nor did the my account link, absolutely useless. I literally feel like crying. It's now 9pm at night and still no delivery!! The call my driver did not work either it said "your phone number was not recognized against an order number" then just cuts you off. Customer service was saying 60minutes waiting time and I did not want to miss delivery driver call blocking up the line. I honestly want to cry, my baby is extremely distressed also probably feels my tension. Where the H is my stuff??? AO I'm discusted, shame on you!!!

Amazing experience every time AO are in my life!

I really like ao they have always helped me in bad situations. I can not say enough good things about this company. Excellent customer service and staff in my opinion head and shoulders above the competition.

Not every purchase has been a success, but the customer service is second to none. Always ended up with a fair resolution.
