I found a link off of Facebook that I could email them and ask what was going on with my withdrawals. I got a response back this morning said they canceled my withdrawals. I went on to my account to see that my account had been completely cleared. I have no history on there. No money on there. They just completely robbed me with no explanation. My account was completely legitimate they just decided not to pay me and just take it all back and act like it never happened. Don't play ever

There’s a reason why everyone gives them a one star! No customer support whatsoever. They don’t have live chat and they do not respond to emails. It says 24 seven support which is 100% lie so I take it. The rest of the casino is 100% lie do not deposit money there. There is hundreds of other casinos that are not a scam like this one!

I deposited money a few times times here and finally won after 2 days playing. When I made a withdrawal after 5 minutes my account was disabled without any reason any my money was gone…. This is extremely bad and I never experienced this scam in my life… wish I had read the other comments first…. I just can’t believe that I lost all my money and that they just take it from everyone without a reason and block the account as soon as you made a withdrawal. No response nothing….. if i will ever get an answer or my money i will let this now in this review.

I did the thing of ignoring the reviews I saw here and elsewhere (check out AskGamblers for all the unanswered complaints this casino has) and now I wish I'd hadn't. This casino is, if not rogue, highly highly unethical in it's practises.

I would give this site minus 5 stars if I could, and I seriously advise avoiding it. Here's my two reasons why:

1) You can have as many accounts here as you like, but for any reason that they deem worthy they will close any account and seize your funds.

Here's why this happened to me: I had made a deposit, spun for a while then was going to withdraw but noticed my deposit still had no confirmations on the BTC blockchain. So thought I better not withdraw until my deposit has settled, and so I increased the fee on my deposit (this is a normal thing to do with BTC - you use "RBF" to increase your fee).
I noticed that this caused my deposit to credit twice. And then a minute later the account got closed out.

I mean, fair enough, maybe they thought I was trying a double spend trick (hint: I was not!). They are an Anonymous Casino and must get abuse attempts constantly. So I sent messages via their form. Three messages in all. Not a hint of a reply. Nothing.

So my funds seized and account closed with no recourse. I mean, just FU Anonymous Casino. At the least you'd reply and say why. I think most other casinos I've used would do this.

2) So, ok, maybe they're overzealous in their abuse crackdown attempts. That *could* be understandable.
But the second reason, and I know this because I'm sad enough to do data analytics on how casino slot games operate, that some of the slots on this site are set at *way* below the RTP than at other casinos. I can't say it's true for all games but for the Habanero slots I've used for example, I can see very clearly that the RTPs are set way below that at other casinos. I mean probably a significant % below. You'll see *long* streaks of losses here that you won't see at other places. Some slot providers do allow sites to change the RTP, and they certainly choose the lowest here. It just eats you alive.

Honestly the benefit you get from the "anonymous" aspect isn't worth having to deal with a casino this dodgy. Try mBit Casino or Bets.io or the other much more ethically run anonymous casinos instead. You'll have a better experience in your play and your customer service.

I had an account on the casino for many months and they paid out instant every time. Now a couple days ago I topped up my account with bitcoin and went to the casino to find out that my account had been randomly shutdown. I felt sad for the lost 75 euro's I had already send in but decided to just create a new instant random account because it worked fine for so many months. I then send 50 euro's to the new account and magically I won within a couple minutes over 1250 euro's I was pretty happy so decided to ask for a cash out in BTC. When I went looking a couple minutes later my new account had also been shutdown and the browser logged out. I contacted support and they claimed I committed fraud with a double payment. Turns out their system is so broken when you send money to the account and don't wait long enough for it to verify on the blockchain the system sees this a fraud when you pay again before the verification was done. This turns out to also be the case if you send it to a new made account with a total fresh bitcoin address. The reply from support was fraud double spending and nothing else. To all my emails after this asking if I get my money back and I get my winnings because I do not see how it is my fault that their system is broken I have got no replies. I have been reading all the comments on here and it looks to me it's time this site is taken down. I have a lot of free time now they won't let me gamble anymore and if they do not pay me the money I won I will not stop until they are taken down totally. They will soon find out they have messed with the wrong person. I will ask Cloudflare for the host (which in case of fraud like this they will provide me) and I will keep following every host they decide to use and have them reported and taken down on every single one... They have been warned.

The Support seems to ignore every request period.

Cashout confirmation emails obviously won't arrive which results in cashout requests pending multiple hours.
And even if those emails arrive (rarely the case) , they tend to keep some cashout requests pending for sometimes hours without replying to support tickets.

Won 0.5 eth once and all of a sudden they "werent able" to send me my winnings because, according to them , coinspaid had problems..
Well , literally same minute my balance was on zero again (almost 24 hours later) they replied that the "problem is solved now".
