I was an extremely satisfied player at Anonymous Casino since 2018. I won the tournament numerous times, and Victoria in customer support always responded quickly.

I was having an issue with a new wallet where my account kept being locked due to accidental double deposits. I emailed Victoria a few times to unlock the account, and explained the situation and noted I was trying to resolve it. It happened again, and this time it looks like my account has been closed. The 0.078 BTC appears to have been confiscated.

I cannot get support to respond, despite numerous emails. It is very disappointing that a casino I patronized since 2018 would close my account without the courtesy of an email explanation. It is not about the money: I think it is a good practice to communicate with loyal players about their account status.

I will really miss playing there, and sadly, I cannot recommend this casino anymore.

I had an account on the casino for many months and they paid out instant every time. Now a couple days ago I topped up my account with bitcoin and went to the casino to find out that my account had been randomly shutdown. I felt sad for the lost 75 euro's I had already send in but decided to just create a new instant random account because it worked fine for so many months. I then send 50 euro's to the new account and magically I won within a couple minutes over 1250 euro's I was pretty happy so decided to ask for a cash out in BTC. When I went looking a couple minutes later my new account had also been shutdown and the browser logged out. I contacted support and they claimed I committed fraud with a double payment. Turns out their system is so broken when you send money to the account and don't wait long enough for it to verify on the blockchain the system sees this a fraud when you pay again before the verification was done. This turns out to also be the case if you send it to a new made account with a total fresh bitcoin address. The reply from support was fraud double spending and nothing else. To all my emails after this asking if I get my money back and I get my winnings because I do not see how it is my fault that their system is broken I have got no replies. I have been reading all the comments on here and it looks to me it's time this site is taken down. I have a lot of free time now they won't let me gamble anymore and if they do not pay me the money I won I will not stop until they are taken down totally. They will soon find out they have messed with the wrong person. I will ask Cloudflare for the host (which in case of fraud like this they will provide me) and I will keep following every host they decide to use and have them reported and taken down on every single one... They have been warned.

I have had a couple of very bad experiences with Anonymous Casino. The biggest fault is mine because I continues to gamble on this site because of their 150% bonus. One involved my account being deleted before cashing out and the other was because of the new wager requirements when accepting there bonus. Recently they when I was about to cash out, They closed my account because I exceeded the bet limits. I still do not know why they deleted that account which had over $20,000.00. The second time happened recently when they changed their wager limits if you accept their sign up bonus. They called me a liar, and would not even give me my initial deposit back. They knew I was about to Cashout soon for about $12000.00.
