My nine-year-old yellow Labrador has been on Vetroflex Pet for three months, and sadly, I’ve seen no improvement in her early arthritis. I discovered the product at the Windsor Horse Show, where I was led to believe it would help ease her stiffness and mobility issues. Unfortunately, there’s been no noticeable change, my dog continues to struggle, and it hasn’t lived up to what I was promised.

I’ve since asked other dog owners about Vetroflex Pet, but none had heard of it, which makes me question how well-known or proven it really is. For us, it’s been an expensive disappointment.

great product but really surprised by the huge increase in price in October and only being made aware of how big the increase was when the subscription was taken out of my account, no value in subscribing any longer

Super product I use the vetroflex and vetrofen on all my horses from novice to Grand Prix. Really wouldn’t be without it 😊😊

love the products but the postage is ridiculous for a few sachets of vetrofen intense and some electrolytes. Makes me not order very often.

Unfortunately DPD failed to leave the parcel, said in text we were not in and I was in the house.

Goods received quickly and without trouble. On complaint is big pots with little content. Think should reduced pot size as when contents emptied in doesn’t even half fill it!

Fast delivery and well packed. Trialled the Vetrofen Intense and it made a big difference to my gelding. Definitely keeping him on it now.

I had been using another well known brand for the past 2 years, with no great results. I had been recommended Vetrofen by a friend so thought that I would give it a go. I saw a improvement very quickly. Will definitely continue to use this and would recommend it.

I was given the opportunity to try Vetrofen Intense free, I have found after using for 2 weeks including the loading dose as recommended there was a slight change in my mares movement and considering after several tests, xrays, scans etc she can never be ridden again.

She certainly does not seem to be anywhere near as stiff and even got the ok from the vet to come off box earlier than expected with a slow introducing to it.

I was able to give her this chance but as a long term option for me is not an option due to the cost of £59.99 per 30 days supply, I wish I was able to continue but until it is reduced in price drastically I can't afford tokeep her on it.

Product timely and as described

Brilliant customer service, getting the product for delivery the next day as it had to come to Norway with other items. Lovely, people to talk to understanding my logistics problem. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

As usual great service. I’ve never know there be an issue in all the time I’ve been using Vetroflex. Such speedy delivery too.
