Excellent service and fast delivery

I returned a jacket and was told they wouldn't refund because I hadn't met their return policy
I tried it on repacked it same day and returned it in same condition as I received it
Very poor customer service
Definitely wont buy from them again

Found Country and Stable online looking for a good deal on some yard equipment.
The website had a glitch on it so I had trouble ordering.I telephoned next day and ordered. Great experience talking to someone who offered advice and help, knew what they were talking about. Will definitely use C&S again. Everything arrived in good time and well packaged.

Purchased a specialised saddle seat saver due to a health condition. Rode in it once and returned as too large and the material in the pubic area had rucked up. Was refused a refund on the grounds of it had been returned not as new and the packaging had a postal sticker on it. Refused refund despite within 30 day statutory rights, and not even offered a partial refund just told the unfit product would be returned to me.
I did question how you could try such a specialised product without it touching the horse and was referred to the same terms and conditions for if you bought a horse rug. To me, the difference being that you can try a horse rug on over another rug and not touch the horse.
Further disappointing that when I gave a I star review it was held by the company and to date has not been published.
Please avoid dealing with this company

Never had a problem like with a lot of the equestrian online shops. Always fast delivery. Could be improved if they sent out part orders immediately when they have items out of stock. Good value for money.

I needed to make an exchange, packaging was ruined. The company would not honor the exchange after I was told "should not be a problem" on phone. Offered to send packaging from exchanged item with return- was told no because barcode sticker would not match- guess they can't print correct stickers! Too many companies sell these equestrian products. Please choose to patronize other companies.

Unfortunately there was a slight mix up with my order that delayed delivery, however had great communication so I was aware of the issue and even received a complimentary pair of socks. Would definitely use again

Initially had a few issues with my order but one of the Managers took it upon herself to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion and very quickly to be fair . I’ve since placed a further order and received the following day. A real quality product at an absolute bargain sale price so yes I would highly recommend this company because they do the best they can to ensure satisfactory conclusion in the event of any problems and put them right . Thank you LD you were very professional in your approach and that means a lot

I had a great experience with Country and Stable. I ordered a coat online for a birthday present and got a message that deliveries were delayed which worried me. I need not have worried because I have them a call to check, got through straight away, they were very friendly and helpful. Coat arrived very quickly, within a day or two. I would use again for sure.

Had the best experience with country and stable!! I had never heard of them before so was a bit hesitant to order but it was the only website that had the show jacket I was looking for. On website said dispatch time was 7-10 days for this particular jacket but was shipped the next day!! And arrived in 2 days after I placed the order was so happy and the jacket is beautiful I’m so excited to wear it at my next show! Couldn’t recommend the company any more, perfect experience and uses dpd who are always amazing!!

I was really nervous to order from here for the first time, I was scared that it was a scam but it isn't! I've been searching places to find the cheapest price to buy flex-on green stirrups. Countryandstable.co.uk seemed to have the cheapest price with free shipping! I ordered my stirrups on a Thursday night around 6 pm and the stirrups were delivered to my house in PA before Sunday afternoon! I was amazed to say the least. I am definetly ordering from here again!!

Buy a lot of dog coats from here they are fantastic and last for years and made to a very high quality and standard. If you want to pamper your furry friend or a horse or even yourself then this is the place to go
