Our care packs are applied to every vehicle sale and is designed specifically for your convenience, peace of mind and represents great value.
All of our used vans benefit from a thorough pre-delivery inspection and our refurbishment programme. We pride ourselves on our first-class vehicle preparation. Consequently, if we have missed something we want to pay for it, not you! After the first 3000 miles or 3 months (whichever is sooner) our return-to-base cover expires. but you can upgrade to an excellent 15 or 36-month renewable guarantee for just a few pounds a week.

Excellent Customer Service
We’ve just purchased a van from Anchor Vans and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.
The team, Kane, Chris & Steve were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout.

No quibble repair under warranty and great customer care
A few warning lights appeared just under three months after purchasing our van. Nothing serious, but exactly the sort of thing Anchor Vans' care pack is designed for.
One quick phone call and the van was booked in for a few days later. They found the issue straight away and replaced the battery for good measure.
We're glad we chose Anchor Vans, where the aftercare is proving just as good as the buying experience. More great service from Chris Rollason, who continues to look after us, but everyone we speak to is friendly, helpful and professional.

I had a great experience with Anchor Vans. The service and the team were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. A special mention to Kane for his professionalism, patience and support throughout the process, which really made a difference. The whole process was not as straightforward as expected, but Kane was patient and everything was explained clearly. I’m really happy with my van and the service I received.
