An absolutely terrible company.

I was charged nearly £2,000 for a fire door installation and received what looked like an old, damaged door that could have come from a local tip. Once installed, the door did not even fit correctly.

To try and meet fire regulation gap requirements, Lois Moon and Holly Russell approved adding a piece of wood to the bottom of the door rather than resolving the issue properly. The glass installed was not fire-resistant, and they even fitted the wrong door closer the first time.

Two years later, I am still battling with them to resolve the problems.

I only wish I could upload the photos of the workmanship, because the standard of installation was shocking.

Sam O’Donnell is polite and respectful; removing his footwear, without being prompted, on entry to my home. He has done some water damaged painting and removed and replaced sealant around my bath. He works quickly and readily redresses any flaws should there be any. He is also an excellent time keeper. I am happy to use Sam's service again and would readily recommend him to my friends.

Darren done a great job of the coir matting at Maple Court. Darren was clean and tidy and very friendly.
