Amphlett Lissimore Recenzje

Sitting in my new living room, I’m reflecting on the journey to purchasing this house. The smoothest phase was definitely the solicitor stage after our mortgage approval. Claire and her team at Amphlett Lissimore Solicitors were exceptional—taking charge, moving everything along seamlessly, and keeping us updated at every stage. I highly recommend them for anyone needing mortgage solicitor services. I’ve already referred friends and family. Thank you, team!

Claire and her team, especially Nicola, were professional, efficient, empathetic, and very reassuring during a somewhat drawn out sale. Not due to them I hasten to add! I felt at all times in good knowledgable hands, and that my questions even the minor insignificant ones, were dealt with speedily and with empathy. I would definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic service, great people. Timely, clear, on top of everything. Thanks to Nigel Tracey and Stephanie. Recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat.

Geetha at Amphlett Lissimore was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of buying our dream flat. She was always available to take our many calls, patiently answering every question and addressing any concerns we had. Her professionalism and attention to detail were second to none.

She fought our corner during crucial negotiations, including the price and sinking funds (and even unearthed the opportunity to buy the freehold!). Her dedication gave us the confidence to move forward, knowing every aspect was being carefully handled.

Geetha ensured all legal aspects were covered thoroughly, from explaining complex terms to reviewing contracts and highlighting potential issues. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable, and we’re so grateful for her hard work and expertise.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive, proactive, and reliable solicitor!

I have referred multiple clients over to Estella and the team. Every time the feedback has been fantastic, the clients always say how they have gone above and beyond for them. More importantly, each one has started that they feel more confident about their case and any future resolution.

The purchase of a property and sale of my own property was not a straight forward process and Claire and her team (Nicola) were always at the end of the phone and always communicated with the whole of the chain. They made a very stressful situation much easier as I trusted the fact that they would be doing everything behind the scenes that they could, their hard work meant we could move into our property when everything seemed to be against us. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

They were very helpful and friendly. They made it feel easy with helping me out and made me feel comfortable with the process at every step.
