Hab zurück geschickt und meine 441€ nicht zurück bekommen

Expérience très décevante. J’ai acheté le sac top handle Paris que j’ai utilisé 5 fois. Le sac peut contenir au maximum un téléphone, un porte-carte et un baume à lèvres. La anse m’est restée en main et les détails dorés se sont ternis au bout de 2 semaines (le fermoir intérieur a même pris une couleur bleue…). Le service client AMI contacté via email et Instagram a refusé de le réparer sous prétexte que je l’avais acheté sur un site multimarques (Le Labo) et le Labo a refusé le SAV car le sac a été utilisé. Pourquoi payer EUR 780 pour un sac de qualité médiocre, inutilisable (la anse est censée être vissée dans la partie supérieure du sac) commercialisé par une marque qui se moque bien de garder ses clients? On ne m’y reprendra plus.

J’ai acheté un pull dernièrement , la livraison a été rapide conforme aux 3 jours annoncé.. J’ai contacté le service client pour un retour par mail, en effet le pull ne me convenait pas. Celui a été validé par les équipes de contrôle, je me suis inquiétée car je n’étais pas remboursé malgré le mail d’acceptation . Le service client AMi et paypal ont toujours été présent dans la procédure de remboursement j’ai été remboursé sans problème 14 jours après comme énoncé dans le paragraphe RETOUR . Je recommande AMI PARIS

Commandé passée il y a 5 jours et jamais expédiée. Malgré de nombreuses relances. Commande d’un sac à 800 balles !! Heuresement que j’ai payé avec paypal au vu des commentaires, mon dieu ça fait peur.

Shipping took forever, the clothes are package straight out of china with a horrible smell, the product to the photo and description is different and the fabric is very cheap and not silk. Even the belt is not the same in the pic

Do not buy from this retailer - they are in China and not in London like their website states. Very bad product quality and won’t let you return the goods for a refund. They are not legitimate. Customer service is slow and poor.

Ich bestelle nun seit mehreren Jahren sehr, sehr häufig bei AMI Paris, ich hatte bis heute nie ein Problem mit Kommunikation, ganz im Gegenteil bzw mit Retouren.
Ich kann den AMI Paris Online Store nur wärmsten empfehlen.

I think there are different versions of this business which is basically a scam website. I purchased a bomber jacket from AMI-Melbourne. They pretend they are in Melbourne but actually it's in China. Product takes weeks to arrive and is the worst quality. When you ask for a refund they first offer 30 per cent and you can keep the product, or send it all the way to China at your own expense for full refund. If you opt for the full refund they then offer 50 per cent. I bought a bomber jacket for my son's birthday and the quality was so shameful I ended up buying him another one (from a legitimate Australian website). Buyer beware. I 100 per cent do not recommend AMI Melbourne.

Ich habe am 18.06.2024 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und die Shirts kamen auch 3 Tage später an. Allerdings habe ich diese am 28.06. zurückgesendet und warte seit 2 Monaten auf meine Rückerstattung! Auf meine Mails wird zwar geantwortet aber mein Geld habe ich immer noch nicht.
Ich würde jedem davon abraten bei Ami Paris direkt zu bestellen.

Vorsicht vor AMI Paris – Miserabler Kundenservice und Qualitätsprobleme!

Ich kann nur dringend vor dem Kauf bei AMI Paris warnen. Vor einem Monat habe ich zwei Shirts zurückgeschickt, da sie viel zu groß waren, und warte bis heute auf meine Rückerstattung. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktversuche ignoriert der Kundenservice meine E-Mails komplett.

Darüber hinaus habe ich einen Pullover von AMI Paris reklamiert, der nach nur einem einzigen Waschen in einem miserablen Zustand war – Fäden gelöst und Farbe teilweise weg. Ich wollte den Pulli zurückgeben, aber der Shop reagiert nicht auf meine Reklamation.

Es ist äußerst enttäuschend, sowohl die mangelhafte Produktqualität als auch den unfassbar schlechten Kundenservice erleben zu müssen. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich zweimal zu überlegen, ob man bei diesem Shop wirklich bestellen möchte. So ein Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel!

Scam scam scam. Before purchasing I asked if the dress was cotton and they said yes. It came 100% polyester. They also sent the wrong size in which their so called “returns policy” states if they make a mistake they will cover shipping costs. They have refused to abide by their own policy and offer me a 40% return for their 2 mistakes. The worst experience I’ve ever had! Makes my blood boil.

Je me joins à tous les avis négatifs et c’est une première pour moi ! Il mérite un 0 . J’ai commander une paire de basket AmiParis sur le site des galléries LAFAYETTE bien trop grande pour moi pensant que ça tailler normalement. Je décide donc de les renvoyer. Dans cette malchance mon colis a été réceptionné dans leurs services m’indiquant que le colis a été réceptionné vide. Inquiète de recevoir ce mail je décide de contacter le transporteur ( qui n’a été bien évidemment pas mon rôle ) m’indiquant que le poids du scan correspond bien à l’envoie d’une paire de basket. Il ne veulent rien savoir et se base sur la réception du colis vide! Je conteste donc cette accusation!! La personne qui échange avec moi par mail est d’une ingratitude comme j’ai jamais vu! Avec toutes les preuves je me retrouve a payer 208,90€ pour rien! Le service client est à vomir et c’est une honte d’avoir de tel réponses. Je décide porter plainte contre la marque . Honnêtement, fuyez.

Received order, M sized jacket is huge and fur lining is wonky. Jumper is strangely made and looks awful on. Went to return them, to discover returns must be sent by customer to UK!!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered 2 jackets 7 weeks ago and still no delivery. The tracking number given shows no detail other than "in transit". After seven weeks!!! If you order anything from this mob don't expect it to arrive. AMI (whatever it is) is not in Melbourne. It's in China. AMI China. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly this company isn’t from Melbourne or London, it’s Chinese. They deceive you from the onset.
The 2 piece article I received was made from the worst quality fabric. It was a bad cut & a totally different pattern & colour to what they advertised. They take images from a professional site & advertise it as their own. Once they’ve sold it to you they then send a disgraceful homemade garment that bares no resemblance to what you ordered.

Ordered a beige satin pants and top set. What I received was a light apricot coloured set. The pants were not the design in the photo from their website.
They are based offshore in China not Melbourne.
When you contact them, they try to offer a minimal discount that if refused eventually escalates up to 50% discount. You have to pay for return of the item. Be very careful buying from these guys.
