We thank you for your review and would like to clear few things that you've mentioned that are completely irrelevant to what happened on the 02/01/2026.
As per the rental voucher, there should be someone waiting for you in the arrival hall that's completely true but there was no one when you came out we agree; the reason being like my colleague explained to you we had several clients on the same flight, so he was driving one by one by the shuttle to the office.
'You are saying that you waited for more than one hour before we responded' – We would like to know how you calculated the waiting time as your flight (MK 852) from SA landed at 19:20 p.m on the 02/01/2026 at the Mauritius Airport and the first message you sent via whatsapp was at 20:17 p.m and just after that you called us at 20:18 p.m; I personally apologized and told you that my colleague was on the way back to the Airport and that he will meet you in less than 5 minutes.
“IF YOU HAD WAITED FOR ONE HOUR THEN IT MEANS THAT YOU CAME OUT OF THE TERMINAL EVEN BEFORE THE PLANE HAD STOPPED AND YOU DIDN'T GO THROUGH IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS”
Secondly, ' You are claiming that when you arrived at the depot with the agent , the staff were rude, dismissive and confrontational ' - Lets be clear about this part if you can recall, the agent asked you for your passport, driving licence and voucher to complete the procedures to which you replied “ Am only giving you my passport and driving licence, the voucher am not giving it” ; at the same time ' Mohamed ' arrived and apologized again but you were not taking any of it and started talking loudly, saying “ You are a shit company, you are scammers”.
After uttering all these words and trying to intimidate us with bad reviews and other ridiculous comments, our management was informed about the matter and decided to cancel the reservation since before even taking the car you are putting up a scene and did not have any trust in our service.
We did explain to you why we are not giving you the car and dropped you back at the airport so that you can make other arrangements from Car rental companies at the Airport.
Its an unfortunate situation which you created yourself and now claiming that you were humiliated. Before blaming us, have a good thought of what happened that day (whether you were sober or not) and what you really said & how you behaved towards our staffs who has been working since 6 a.m on that day attending more that 20 clients.
NB: “ WE HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCES MESSAGES, CALL LOGS, VIDEO / AUDIO FOOTAGE OF WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT THE OFFICE” Unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn't allow us to post them, otherwise same would have been posted for others to know who is of good faith.
We end by saying this to you, we love what we do and many foreigners have enjoyed our services; we've been in the rental industry since 2009 and we know that we will be here for many more years by God's Grace.
