Americansoda Recenzje 

Bei 4 Artikel habe ich kleinere Verpackungen als bestellt und bezahlt bekommen. Und zwar:
1. 12,1 statt 14 g

Habe mich am 01.11. bei dem Kundenservice gemeldet und bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, ob ich überhaupt bei diesem Unternehmen etwas bestellen werde, da es eine Vielzahl an negativen Erfahrungsberichten gibt. Doch ich wollte American Soda eine Chance geben, da ich amerikanische Süßigkeiten - vor allem mit Erdnussbutter - liebe :)
So weit, so gut. Bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt habe ich am 09.10.2016 (Sonntag) und das Paket kam 15.10.2016 (Samstag) an. Angegeben war, dass der Versand 3-5 Tage (DHL) dauert, doch es wurde von Hermes geliefert, die auf telefonischer Rückfrage hin die Versandverspätung mit einer Versandverzögerung begründeten.
Ich denke, damit kann ich leben, da de Paketinhalt ausschlaggebend war:
Alle bestellten Artikel waren im Paket, sind noch zwischen 4 und 9 Monaten haltbar, waren unbeschädigt, obwohl ich auch zwei Getränkedosen bestellte. Die einzelnen Süßigkeiten und zwei Dosen lagen im Pappkarton und der Freiraum im Karton war mit diesen Luftpolsterkissen aufgefüllt.

Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen war ok, die Antworten auf meine E-Mail dauerten zwischen 1 und 12 Stunden.

Alles im Allen bin ich zufrieden mit der Bestellung bei American Soda, obwohl ich den angegebenen Versand mit DHL bevorzugen würde!

I've been trying to order something off of the website, but it keeps emptying my basket and now whenever I try to add something to the basket, it still says 0 items in my basket. I've been trying for like a week now and the website is not co-operating... :(

Finger weg von diesem Shop!!!!!! Für knapp 60 Euro bestellt. Keine Bestaetigung und keine Ware erhalten ( Geld hat der Shop im Gegenzug aber schon bekommen). Shop angeschrieben, Bestellung ging angeblich unter, wurde vergessen, Paket geht sofort raus. 3 Wochen später immer noch nicht da! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!

Ich habe am 22.05.2014 eine Bestellung aufgeben und habe erst mal Wochen/Monate vergessen erst 2 Jahre Später als Ich in der Bahn gehört habe das jemand bei "AmericanSoda" bestellt hat viel mir es wieder ein! Bis Heute steht in meinem Konto das die Bestellung in Bearbeitung ist! Trotz vieler anrufe und Emails bekomme ich meine Antwort...

I had ordered some of the Jarritos soda, and when it arrived I had been sent a wrong favour, so I got in touch with Americansoda and they said a replacement would be sent out and over 4 weeks later still nothing, even after a total of thee attempts were made (including the original compliant) and still nothing, would not recommend.

Kurz und bündig: am 18.12.2015 Waren bestellt und gleich per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt- und jetzt (kein Druckfehler!!!) bis heute 11.4.2016 keine Lieferung. Als ob das nicht schon genug wäre bekommt man keine Antwort auf Rückfragen per Mail und ja per Telefon ruft man IMMER!!! außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten an. Habe leider wieder dazulernen müssen und kann nur allen vorn diesem Internetladen abraten.

Update: Zwischenzeitlich habe ich Rückinfo per Mail bekommen.
Bekomme definitiv keine Ware mehr (trotz Sofortüberweisung) , keine Entschuldigung...nichts.
Das ist für mich wirklich der allerletzte Laden. Kann nur jedem raten KAUFT DA NICHTS

Ich bestelle nun schon öfter etwas bei American Soda und ich wurde nie enttäuscht nach der Bestellung sind die Produkte innerhalb von drei Tagen bei mir die Bestellung an sich ist sehr unkompliziert und sehr schnell abgewickelt das Sortiment ist groß und man hat viel Auswahl also nur zu empfehlen.

Everytime we're in the mood for American candy, we go back to this shop to order the things we love. Every order so far arrived on time (shipping to Germany) and we had no problems with the quality of the food either. I would always go back to order more!

I bought 3 tubs of marshmellow cream and some other bits from this company. My order arrived after a few days but I noticed the marshmellow cream was three months out of date! I rang them and was asked to take a photo and email it to them. I did. Next day I got asked for a reference number something I gave them over the phone. They said they would mail me a replacement. The next day they email me saying they were out of stock! Why say your going to replace it if you don't have it? I suspect this company is being ran at home by incompetent people. I wanted the cream for a birthday party. Now all I have is three tubs of out of date cream! Never use these!!

after placing a order a order on the 26th October i received my order 2 days later i had a problem 1 of the 12 items was missing i would say it was down to the box that was used was not really up to the job and got a hole in anyway took photos and sent a email explaining i had a very speedy response apologizing for the problem and will get the replacement item sent out to me fast forward to today the 5th November a knock at the door it was a delivery upon opening it to my surprise it was was from americansoda it was not my replacement item but my whole order again in a very well packed sturdy box now that is customer service they have gone above and beyond one very happy customer

Ich bin total enttäuscht von dem Online-Shop...

Da die Sendungen nach Angaben des Shops aus den USA versendet werden, hab ich mich auf eine längere Wartezeit eingestellt. Aber knapp 6 Wochen sind schon eine Zumutung.

Schlimm war ebenfalls der Zustand der Produkte. Total kaputt und zermatscht! Und das obwohl das Paket, meiner Meinung nach, sicher verpackt war. Allem Anschein nach wurden die Sachen schon in dem Zustand verschickt.
Dazu kommt auch noch, dass die Lieferung unvollständig war. Statt der bestellten 8 Artikel, kamen nur 6 an.

Mein Arbeitskollege hat hier die Gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht. Kaputte und unvollständige Lieferungen.

Auf meine Anfragen hat der Shop und die Verantwortlichen noch immer keine Rückmeldungen gegeben...

Am 9.7.15 bestellte Ich Ware für knapp €100. Heute ist der 15. und nichts! Es heisst 3-5 Tage Lieferung aber nicht einmal eine Antwort auf meine Anfrage kamm und nicht mal Das Paket kann Ich Tracken. Bin, wirklich, gespannt wann Ich es bekomme! Mit der Abbuchung ging es aber flott.

they tried sending my package twice, the first time they lost it and had to track it down. then when they finally found it and got it sent they had issues with the outbound customs forms. after the package was returned to them 10+ days later they tried sending again. same issue. total about 20 days and no package recieved. what a waste of time...
in all fairness their courier service may be partially to blame for all the issues but thats no excuse for not using ups/dhl etc. or even just the regular airmail service. iwe ordered items many many times from the uk(and us, china etc.) but this stood out as the most messy order iwe experienced to date. i am posting this so other people dont have to experience what i did.

4.99 for delivery Is a joke when your paying £13 for 6 drinks but then find it to not turn up on time and to call up to find out it's not even been shipped yet total joke the lady on customer services wasn't very helpful I felt like I was a detective trying to get information out of her 0/10. Don't order from this company I've seen snails move faster!

I ordered some sweets from them and then I read the reviews on this site and started to really worry, but as it turned out I had nothing to be worried about. I ordered my items on Friday evening and the following Wednesday they were already at my house. Only one item was out of date, but it wasn't long so I didn't really care. Their sweets are a little bit overpriced but over all it's a good company.

This company honestly smells like such flappy flap its unbearable i could even smell the flap when i opened the box.

Ordered a few items from American soda, including for cans and two glass bottles of soda. The items were delivered quickly and were very well packaged. I will definitely be ordering again.

This company literally threw £67.02 worth of sweets into a used box without so much as a piece of tissue paper or bubble wrap. Some items were out of date, others were squashed or broken up, some had the filling oozing out or burst packaging. They promised to send replacements on next day delivery, I sent them photos but the replacements were not sent, so I had stayed home all day for nothing. They then refused to refund or replace all of the damaged items saying that they were still edible. They were supposed to be part of a Christmas Hamper so it was a complete waste of money. This company is a disgrace and should be closed down. It is sad when a company is badly run and must resort to cheating customers to make money..... Shame on you American Soda.
