I recently bought tickets to a show at AMC CRYSTAL RUN 16 theaters. They CANCELLED the show and rescheduled it for 15 minutes later. I received an email to inform me that if I wanted a refund, I may do so online. Alternatively, I could also reschedule. I tried to do so however the show was sold out. (I then booked at a different AMC location). Why we weren't just given the option to attend that show in the first place is beyond me. I then called the number supplied to me in the email - which only directed me to the website for a refund (by the way, it takes a whole 7 days for them to process a refund). After I filled out the information, I was told that I would NOT be getting a full refund as the service fees are non-refundable. WHAT!? Why? I didn't cancel the show! I had several email exchanges with the local manager who told me that they could not refund those charges, nor offer a gift card. I'm really pissed off on multiple levels regarding this poor decision in management. I recommend NOT booking tickets online if you at all plan on attending a show. I myself am done with AMC.

Just always pleasant to go to an AMC, they really keep themselves well presented. cordial staff, can bathrooms, reasonable con-sessions, it really is a good escape whatever movie you might be seeing, recently they did a viewing of LOTR Return of the King in the IMAX screen and it was just an awesome thing to see there again.

We drive further to go to AMC because we love their popcorn, heated seats, and flavored drinks. We have the option of having our food delivered to our seats and that saves me from waiting in line with my kids who are just excited to see a movie and have zero chill in a line for candy!

My children love going to the movies and AMC has been an amazing experience! The best theater I’ve been to! It is always clean. Staff are amazing and for the price you can’t beat the entertainment! Why pay $30 streaming on a small 65” tv when you can be immersed at the theaters! It’s the experience we are looking for when seeing our favorite movies.

Awesome movie theater chain. Every single one of the AMC movie theaters that I've been to, has been an awesome experience. I lost my wallet at the AMC tech ridge 9 in Austin TX, and by the time I realized I didn't have my wallet, I was already home. I drove back to the AMC and as soon as I walked up to the counter, the manager asked me If I had lost something, which I described and he immediately went into a drawer and handed me my wallet. The cleaning crew had found it and handed it to the manager. For that reason alone AMC has a customer for life

Everything about going to the movies from the smell of that AMC popcorn to the big screen, amazing place and amazing staff, can't recommend it enough.

I watched the super mario movie with my kids and it was a great experience, the seats were very comfy too. The popcorn tasted great, i'd definitely go here again.

Went to see the Mario Bros movie, and the picture sound and heating was perfect

Every time I go to AMC it's always a great experience. It feels like I'm going to travel the imagination of a child. Can't beat the theater and the comfortable seating.

Everything here is always on point! Just saw Super Mario Brothers and loved it! AMC is my go to theatre.

By far the best concessions out of any movie theater experience. The popcorn is amazing. Also, their investment in high end laser projections for the movies are incredible.

First time visit to amc at universal la. Being from the uk the experience was fantastic. The oreo popcorn was a taste sensation. All round great time
