After working with Amber Arch for just over a year, I can confidently say that they are a wonderful company to collaborate with, and I have genuinely enjoyed my time here.

All of the assignments come with clear and straightforward guidelines, often accompanied by examples. This clarity helped me understand exactly what details the reports required, allowing me to complete tasks confidently and accurately.

I have worked for Amber Arch for a few years now, I have found their pay rates to be very competitive compared to other companies also communication is spot on, any potential problems whilst on a job are dealt with straight away which really helps. I have a good relationship with all the staff members, all are amazing and helpful, definitely one of my favourite companies to work for!

Well paid assignments, easy to follow briefs, with great shopper support. Someone is always available to answer the phone if I have question or need support, which in my book is invaluable! They look after you well when things don’t go to plan and make you’re compensated for your, time, effort and travel.
Having worked with Stephanie and the team for many years now I can 100% recommend them.

I have worked with Amber Arch for some years now and have slowly built up a good working relationship with the staff (Steph, Pam, Rachael). Sometimes I have had a gig whereby the clients' staff have not been present but the guys in the office have not been informed. This is of course frustrating but cannot be blamed on the staff. Sometimes, I'll call the office and you can tell that the staff are under pressure, the key advice here is not to take it personally.
The pay has improved and I like that they have managed to change the report structure when you do a video survey which means that all you have to do is just confirm that you have managed to video the survey. Fabby! The only (minor) gripe I have is that we have to use the WeTransfer for the video uploads but I have been informed that the company are working on the possibility of using a different mode of upload.
You now get paid a lot quicker; when I first started with AA, you had to wait from 6 -8 weeks once you had completed the survey. What I do not understand is why some shoppers apply for a job and know that they are expected to submit the report that day but the staff still have to chase after the shopper for the survey. I have found that if you explain there may be a delay in submission the staff are happy to assist. I think the point here is; that when you apply you cannot guarantee that you will always get the survey but the more you apply the more the staff become aware that you are keen to work. My experience working with Amber Arch this year has been excellent.
Assignments are varied and interesting and well communicated.The website is easy to navigate and instructions are clear for each assignment.
The staff communicate promptly in a friendly and engaging manner.I feel genuinely appreciated for my efforts.
I have been able to schedule tasks easily into my spare time.
When issues on an assignment have arisen it has been easy to seek further advice via telephone.
Payments are issued on a regular basis at least once a month and the website allows you to see what tasks a payment is made up from.
You are made to feel that you are working alongside Amber Arch in worthwhile tasks that change organisations for the better

I've been mystery shopping for Amber Arch for quite some time now and they're definitely among my favourite companies to work with. They are always easy to get a hold of and their assignments are very well coordinated. I've never once had a visit rejected by them and have always been paid on time. It's been an absolute pleasure working with them.

I think it's worth noting that being a mystery shopper isn't a full time job (not for most people anyway). On the odd occasion I have put my name down for a shop they have always been very prompt in replying and more often than not with a positive allocation. Steph and Pamela deserve a special mention. They are very efficient, on hand to answer queries and provide guidance where needed. Most importantly of all they are friendly and courteous.

Very pleased that I have worked with them on numerous jobs over the years. I enjoy the flexibility that I could work besides my 9-5 job. The job instructions are clear, their helpful team is available whenever I have queries and they provide with prompt responses. Payments are timely and sometimes quicker if the job fees are higher.

Payment is fair and better than many mystery shopping providers, there is always someone to talk to whenever I call on the phone, and they are always super helpful if a job doesn't go 100% according to the best-laid plans!!

I've seen a few negative reviews, and can safely say that some people just like to moan - if they did their jobs conscientiously and according to the very clear briefs, then they wouldn't have any need to be vitriolic on Trustpilot.

I've worked with Amber Arch for over ten years and have travelled everywhere for work in including Ireland and the Channel Islands. I don't do as much mystery shopping these days but when I do, I'm always happy to do these jobs. Well paid and easy to follow reports.

I have only been mystery shopping for 2 years and was recommend Amber Arch by a fellow colleague and what a positive experience. The briefs are clear, the money has been way above the amount I received from my previous mystery shopping company and payments prompt. But the best bit is the jobs themselves are enjoyable and staff in the office always helpful and friendly.

I have been completing work for Amber Arch as a freelancer for a number of years now, and they are a superb bunch of people to work with. The information they provide to complete each job is crystal clear, the briefs leave no room for error or doubt and tell you exactly what needs to be done, should you take the time to read them in full. Any time I have a question, someone is on hand to provide an email response immediately or on the other end of a telephone, with an immediate solution. Payments have always been made as agreed and accurately. I have absolutely no hesitation at all completing any assignment, anywhere for Amber Arch. Should you be looking for mystery shopping work or a company to provide it, I highly recommend them!

Mystery shopping for Amber Arch ticks all my boxes!

Communication is absolutely key. Amber’s clients have very specific questions and so, obviously, my reports must be completed very specifically with detail.

The app is straightforward and easy to use and reports are easy to submit.

As Amber explains, reading the questions before each visit is vital, so I know what to look out for during my visits.

Communication with the friendly and helpful team is excellent. Phone calls are answered immediately and email enquiries are handled efficiently and in a timely fashion.

If you’re a beginner, the Amber Arch team will guide you and you’ll soon be an expert and making extra cash which is always paid on time.

I've worked for Amber Arch for over 10 years now and find all the staff to be friendly, communicative and understanding when family issues crop up etc. They have a good variety of work available and the fees are fair. Payment is always made swiftly after visits have been completed, too. Definitely one of my favourite companies to work for with a special mention for Pamela and Steph!
