We had an amazing time in Chalet Chamelia.
Our Chalet hosts, Alice & Imi were first class and the Chalet really was like home from home. It was our first experience of having a Chalet and certainly wont be our last

A phenomenal stay with Hannah and Jack at Chalet Well in Morzine - can't thank them enough, everything from the food to the service was just fantastic.

We had an amazing week staying at Chalet Delphine in Morzine. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Cory and Georgie, our chalet hosts, were great. The food was delicious and the chalet accommodated 12 with ease, allowing for socialising in the evenings. The large open plan kitchen, lounge/diner with high vaulted ceilings and huge real fire was a real highlight in this chalet. Overall, great value for money with outstanding service from a dedicated team.

I have been skiing with these guys a few times and they are always spot on with their chalets, staff and booking team. Great value for money, great locations and very friendly staff.

The booking process was simple, the staff were quick to respond to any queries. I was impressed by the telephone call prior to the holiday to confirm all the travel details meeting point for transfer and suggestions for restaurants for chalet hosts night off. Chalet hosts were great, accepting requests for afternoon cake flavours. All together a very good experience.

We've just returned from chalet Victoria in Meribel. What a fantastic week we've had. 13 of us celebrating my husbands 50th and our sons 30th. Mikey and Elsie were the most amazing hosts. They have made our stay next level, couldn't do enough for us, kept us up to date on events around Meribel. Pud, the manager would pop in a couple of times a day to check if we needed anything, keeping us informed about the weather and ski conditions. The meals were delicious, more than enough and wine with dinner a plenty. It was a 5* experience, but the accommodation was quite dated and a little tiered. Its defiantly in need of a revamp. But apart from that a big thumbs up from us all. We will be booking again with Alpine Elements Ltd.

Wow… what a lovely little hotel. The Hermine Blanche only has around 24 rooms, that, plus the super attentive staff, make staying here feel very special.

We had a super comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi are very welcome after a day on the slopes, and the lounge area has very incredibly comfy sofas and a warming fireplace. I challenge you got to have an accidental sofa nap after a day in the hills.

Eating here was also good. All the meals were delicious and well presented. Each morning you are asked to pick your evening meal from several options, all of which were very tempting.

The location is bang on. A quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, but a mere 6 minute stroll across the pedestrian bridge takes you to downtown Morzine and the bars, shops, ski hire and the all important cable car to take you up into the mountains. Don’t want to walk… no problem. There is also a free bus service that stops right outside.

But what makes a holiday at the Hermine Blanche really special is the lovely staff. Their local knowledge is brilliant, with excellent tips for where to ski, shop and eat. The staff have not only the time, but also a genuine inclination to help you, from offering to carrying your bags, serving drinks, or skiing and snowboarding tips. The personal service was exceptional, and the team are a genuine credit to this excellent little hotel.

Shane helped me with snowboard kit questions, and he also hosts a great quiz night (who knew that the unicorn is the national animal of Scotland?). Ella was great company and helped us choose which slopes to hit. Megan serves a great beer accompanied by friendly conversation. Soirise was brilliant sorting out our bookings and kit hire. She met us from the airport and we immediately knew we were in safe hands. Actually, other than getting on a plane, choosing between coq au vin or another tempting choice, red or white wine, and picking which slopes to ride… I didn’t have a care in the world… everything was in the safe hands of Alpine Elements and their 5 star team.

Is the Alpine Elements Hermine Blanche good value for money? Yes, without a doubt this holiday and hotel are excellent value for money. If you add up the transfers, meals, coffee, cakes, very reasonably priced alcoholic drinks, pool and sauna facilities and location… our Alpine Elements winter holiday was a bargain.

We are already planning our next visit. Why go online and get lost in endless searches for somewhere great to stay in the Alps when we have already found our cozy Alpine retreat... and we can’t wait for our next holiday. We may not even wait for the next ski season and holiday here for a summer adventure.

Had a fantastic holiday at catered chalet nyon. The chalet hosts were fantastic. We are vegan and they catered for us so brilliantly. Chalet nyon was also in a great location for the slopes.

We had a fantastic stay with Alpine Elements at Chalet Alisier 1 in La Plagne. The pre-departure team were helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The chalet itself was comfortable, spacious and in a great location, literally across the road from the nearest ski lift. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and very easy going. Food was tasty and there was lots of it. Afternoon cakes each day were delicious. All in all brilliant trip.

Alpine Elements excelled themselves in providing a lovely hotel (Hermine Blanche in Morzine), superb food cooked by proper chefs! and a team of welcoming staff who were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean and well presented, the 'wellness' at the end of the day skiing was just what we wanted. Will definitely book again!

Stayed at Hotel Philibert in Morzine between 2 March and 9 March 2025. The hotel is warm and friendly well led by Dan and Alice who made us feel welcome and valued. The food was varied and well prepared, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an issue with 3 of the lift passes which was fixed in short order by Alice driving up the mountain to the Prodains lift to deliver the correct passes to our party. The hotel is well located a short walk to the centre of Morzine, and right by the route A bus stops for travel into Morzine or up to the Prodains lift. This was our third trip with AE, and we would certainly look to use them again. A great holiday made by your fabulous staff.

Great holiday at Chalet Hotel Philibert. Staff and food were excellent and lovely pool area. Bus stop just a few minutes walk and lovely, peaceful location. Five minute walk into town for bars and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Sophie and Mikey were fantastic hosts at Chalet Victoria in Meribel.
They made our stay very enjoyable with great food and a very happy atmosphere. Nothing was to much trouble for our team of 7 guests. Would recommend them and Alpine elements.

This was my second visit this year to Chalet Delphine. Chalet host Corey is a superb cook, easy company and very reliable. The chalet is well-kept and very clean. It is just a short walk to the Super Morzine lift, or there are free bus stops nearby. With a hot tub, sauna and effective drying room, this chalet is an excellent base for a holiday in the Portes du Solel ski area. I'll be returning.

Chalet Hotel Philibert is a gem in the mountains, great location and the staff were fantastic. They were very attentive, food was excellent and I would highly recommend both Alpine Elements and Philibert.

Really enjoyed the stay here, we usually do self catering but decided to do a chalet and would not go back to self catering. Staff were excellent and very attentive.

We stayed at Hotel Tetras Lodge in Tignes Les Brevieres, with Alpine Elements.
The hotel had recently been refurbished and the room was fantastic.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Both the service and the catering was first class.
I would encourage others to put this hotel on their shortlist if they want to ski at Tignes. Whilst not in the midst of the action, the village and hotel are fantastic value because of being tucked away in a quiet corner of the ski area.
The village is also a proper traditional village and very sympathetically developed unlike the brutalism of the other Tignes villages.
It's only two lifts up the hill and the area is well connected with the free shuttle bus if you wish to explore other villages in the evenings.

This was our first time with Alpine Elements, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our chalet hosts, Jack & Ellen, were fantastic. We felt really looked after all week, and they gave us lots of great recommendations for the area. Would definitely do this again - both to Morzine, and with Alpine Elements.

For the price point, ours was a five star experience, the whole group were delighted.

Chalet Alisier is a traditional chalet in the pretty village of La Plagne 1800. It’s a short walk to the nearest lifts, bars and restaurants, with a quick journey to the newer purpose built La Plagne 2000 and Centre.

There’s excellent skiing in the local area for a week. We did around 100 miles of skiing and covered almost all of the resort if not every run. The interactive resort piste map and app is excellent, with chair lift cameras and a slalom that’s video’d. A quick tap of your lift pass and your photo/video downloads to your phone/app. Our only criticism of La Plagne was that the signage wasn’t as good as the Les Arcs side, which I’ve ski’d before and made it over to this week too. It’s ok once you’ve got your bearings but all the signs are red whereas Les Arcs colour codes the signs.

The food was tasty and wholesome, with a good spread of continental breakfast every day and a full English every other day if wanted. It was also one of the most comfortable chalets I’ve stayed in and had the added benefit of a hot tub and sauna shared with the linked chalet.

But it was our excellent hosts Molly, Sam and Ava who made our stay. Their humour, care and help were constant.

Sadly, some of us missed our flight home due to the unforseable rock fall onto the motorway at Moutiers. Our included transfer bus actually left resort early and our driver (who was excellent) did everything in her power to get us to Geneva in time but it was not to be. That wasn’t anyone’s fault but did Marr the end of an otherwise excellent week.

I’ve done La Plagne now but would definitely stay with Alpine Elements again if the right deal for my group came up in the right resort.
